“A haven in the heart of Napoli”
+A haven in the heart of the bustling Napoli. In an elegant old building which has been renovated as luxury apartments. It has lots of character, but feels super modern and luxurious. The friendly owner Demetrio met us there and gave lots of useful tips about sightseeing & restaurants. We were supplied with bottled water and a bottle of Prosecco. It is really well sound proofed and has air con although we didn't need it. Also easy connections to train stations and short walk to main attractions. It was lovely to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again if I visited Napoli.

+The apartment is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Beautifully clean, provided with everything you need for a visit to the city. It is managed by a very professional couple, who take every care to ensure that their guests are looked after.

+We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent,right in the city center, safe, and very convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a supermarket nearby. The host was very kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed staying in the beautiful historic building with a modern elevator and air conditioning. The airport pickup was very convenient, and the host also provided a van to our next accommodation at a very reasonable price. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful help and hospitality. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

+I had an excellent stay at NAPOLI MARIANA: LUXURY APARTMENTS, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially since this was my first time visiting Naples. From the moment I arrived, Demetrio was extremely welcoming and made the check-in process easy and comfortable. He was very helpful throughout my stay and always responded promptly whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation. The apartment itself was even better than I expected. It was beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The location was also incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and reach many of the places I wanted to visit. I truly enjoyed my time in Naples, and having such a great apartment and host made the experience even better. I have absolutely no complaints and would happily stay here again. “Excellent, roomy apartment with wonderful host!”
+The apartment was amazing - spacious, well stocked with bathroom items and kitchen products, water and coffee pods. There was even a nice chilled bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! It was safe as well with good security. Demetrio was an excellent host, giving us flexibility around our arrival and departure times. He was quick to respond with questions as well. He is an NCC driver so he was able to provide us a ride to the ferry and also offered his services for our next stop in Maiori. He can provide day trip services as well, which we don’t know in advance or we could have hired him.

+We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and comfortable. The location is simply fantastic and one of the biggest highlights of this apartment. It is perfectly situated, making it very easy and convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything. Whether you want to visit local attractions, go for a walk, find great restaurants or simply enjoy the surroundings, everything is easily accessible. Most importantly, Mr. Demetrio was incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. His hospitality and genuine friendliness made us feel truly valued as guests and added a very personal touch to our stay. It is clear that a lot of care and love has been put into making this place comfortable and welcoming. +Einfach WOW. wir hatten die Wohnung zu einem extrem guten Preis reservieren können. Die Wohnung ist extrem schön und zentral gelegen. Demetrio war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Napoli in dieser Wohnung haben wir nicht zum letzten mal besucht.
