“Ongoing disturbances and unprofessional handling of complaints - not a relaxing stay”
+The location is good, and the beach can be reached within a few minutes by car. The house itself is generally equipped with what you need.
−Our entire stay was significantly affected by constant disturbances. Every day from around 8:00 AM until almost 10:00 PM, very loud music was playing from the neighboring property directly behind the house. The noise was clearly audible throughout the entire house, including the bedrooms. As a result, the patio was practically unusable and could only be used once for a short period during our 19-day stay. In addition, on several mornings we were disturbed by a loud generator starting early in the day, which woke us up even when using earplugs. We reported the issue early during our stay and followed up multiple times, also providing documentation. However, the situation did not improve at any point. What we found particularly concerning was the way our complaint was handled: Our concerns were initially not taken seriously and later, despite clear evidence, were repeatedly downplayed rather than addressed in a constructive or solution-oriented manner. Important for future guests: If issues arise during your stay, you should not expect them to be resolved easily or in a guest-oriented way. Our privacy was also affected multiple times. “Great value.”
+The house was a pleasant surprise given the cost. The amenities were plentiful. But all in all it was super comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. There was a front and back porch which were well appointed.
−Some of the electrical outlets were not as "protected/secure" as they might have been and the yard was not landscaped.

“Great place to stay in Naples”
+It was a wonderful stay - very clean and a spacious house with lots of amenities. The neighborhood was great, and with bikes in the garage, we could quickly get to the beach (Vanderbilt Beach). Also, there were beach chais in the shed for use.
−We faced a problem with a beeping fire alarm, but with a quick help from the host we solved the problem.

+Spacious and well equipped rental home. My family of 5 fit comfortably and we were able to make dinner and eat together. The amenities here are very nice! We were able to use the bikes to get to the beach and really appreciated having access to the beach chairs too.
−Really only downside was the kitchen, which many guests may not care about but we used it a lot. The kitchen was disorganized and there was a lot of expired food sitting around. Also, some of the appliances in the kitchen seem to need repair. It was all still useable though, just frustrating for a detailed and organized person like myself!
