“People helped as much as they could but would not choose property again because of all the stairs”
+Property clean and good location
−Too many stairs and no lift, towels were never changed and we were not told they they come at an extra charge

“Nice apartment, good location & service from our friendly concierge. Be prepared to climb 5 floors.”
+The only downside, was that we didn't realised our apartment is on the 5th floor. Our friendly concierge, Pedro Marcal made the difference. We had big luggage and was impossible to bring it up by stairs to 5th floor. Called him and he turned up shortly and helped us with our luggage. He also shared recommended tours, restaurants, transfers and helped with the bookings. There is a nice little jewelry shop on the ground floor that sells beautiful jewelry.
−Some apartments were under renovation and made some noise. Apartment does not have lift. The place was a little difficult to locate when we first arrived. The driver can only dropped us a little distance away as they can't enter the road along our apartment. Good to know so you will not be surprised. But it's all good, once you are familiar.

“We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations”
+The location is very good. Super easy to get around in the city Center.
−We did not enjoy our stay at the apartment for several reasons. The floor is uneven, the kitchen had a noticeable cockroach odor, and the shower water alternated between hot and cold unexpectedly. Additionally, please note that there is no elevator and the building is quite old.

“Could not have found a better located and sizeable apartment for 4 people.”
+Best location imaginable, right near Rossio station and square. No hills to content with! We stayed here with another couple and it was great to have 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. Very spacious with high ceilings. Great cooking facilities.
−Beware the many flights of stairs up. Also beware of the lovely jewellery store downstairs - it will cost you!!!

“Great place to stay in Lisbon”
+Great location - very close to Rossio Square, restaurants and transit. Well equipped kitchen as well and nicely decorated and best of all- it was quiet at night !
−There is a bad smell in the shower in the en-suite bathroom which we think is sewer gas which isn’t dangerous but isn’t nice. You do have to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor but the host is very upfront about that

“Simply and utterly fantastic.”
+Everything. It was clean, comfortable, had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was utterly fantastic, within steps from all transport, including tram 28, which stopped right in front of the building.
−Lack of an elevator. But that’s common with all old buildings and was clearly mentioned.
