+Really like the location and view. Having the drying cupboard was awesome too.
−The fire/smoke alarm was ridiculous. You actually couldn’t even make toast without putting the toaster on the stovetop directly under the exhaust fan on high. The building had 4 alarms go off in the time we were there. Each time we were required to go to the form up point. That’s not enjoyable. The firemen laughed saying Mowamba appartments is there cash cow because every time it goes off it cost the body corporate $1500.

−$1000 holding deposit is excessive, and we have never been asked at other properties to pay such a large holding amount. As a non credit card holder, that's cash being held for 7-10 days that we can't access.

“Great apartment for a family, with clean modern facilities.”
+We stayed in summer, so value was great. It's a really lovely apartment, great for a family with 2 kids. Clean, good facilities.
−Mountain bikes are not allowed inside the building, so we had to lock them up on the public racks outside which seemed a bit risky (though they were fine) as there is no bike storage.

+Property was prime location & provided all facilities required. Loved the code entry, prevents losing keys.
−It’s not something that can be helped but the 15min parking infront of the units was occupied by people parking overnight. So loading & unloading luggage was difficult due to limited/no temporary parking.

−It does not have dedicated Mountain Bike Storage like other properties. We had to chain bikes in open areas outside which is risky especially considering the value of bikes
