“A good stay all in all. Can't do much about the weather and lack of snow :(”
+Location, view, fitout.
−Had a coffee machine, but didn't provide coffee pods. The drawer with garbage bins was silly with all the separate compartments, yet didn't really hold anything much. the kitchen drawer containing cutlery is weird to find and access it, and given cutlery is used very often, was a pain in the neck.

+once we found the place the use of key pad was great for all of us to use. Much better than sharing a key
−Finding the apartment the signposting was difficult also we were told upon booking we didn’t have a car park & then realised when we were given key codes for door & ski locker we also had a car park - would have been better to know that in beginning

−The fire alarms in the apartment block are shower stream sensitive and went off twice at challenging times (early morning and evening) during our stay which required full building evacuation.

+Layout of apartment and location And having a dedicated parking spot. The bathroom bottles of body wash etc were great. The range of bags for bins and all cleaning accessories in kitchen draw were great. The clothes washing machine was great but some basic info would be helpful - even the manual is not clear on resetting the wash preference eg press two buttons simultaneously to clear settings - as switching to off was not enough to reset. I had to ring and get assistance. Drying room was great including the numerous posts for boots and gloves .
−The doors to the balcony were difficult to open. Inadequate number of salad bowels and no beater for eggs etc even a manual one would have been great. There really was no space to put food other than on top of benches or window sill- at least one big draw or cupboard would have been useful. It took a while to find the cutlery - it could be relocated into the smaller draws where the glad wrap etc are. The cupboards above average head height were not really useable unless you were very tall - a short person reaching to get things is potentially in danger of dropping on head etc
