“Needs new cleaners as place was filthy.”
+Large backyard for the puppies, and short walk into town.
−It was the filthiest place I've ever stayed. Dog fur was on everything. The floors had fur and human hair everywhere. Dust on all the Venetian blinds. The ensuite shower smelled of sewerage. Hot water tap didn't work in ensuite to wash hands. There was a dried dog urine stain on the single bed, so bed wasn't changed between visitors. Dog poo was littered across the backyard, and the poos were huge. Charging a pet fee when they didn't bother cleaning properly between people. I had to clean the property myself because I cannot live like that at home, let alone pay lots of money to stay in a place that was filthy. The place was run down, which happens, but the photos don't match the actual property. I contacted Bright Escapes and was given a $200 refund because I cleaned the place and scooped a large bag of Dog poo from the backyard. I don't know who they use to clean the place, but they should've gone to Specsavers.

“The property was in a good location and most of the amenities were good”
+The location of the property
−Dripping tape in Ensuite bathroom, no bath towel racks in the main bathroom, lack of supplies for the property

“Three day Autumn stay”
+Proximity to town was great, able to leave the car securely at the house and walk to town. Lots of room outside for kids to play, and to sit outside and look to the hill, and enjoy a drink or the fire pit.
−The beds were way too firm for our whole family. The house is starting to show the signs of wear and tear, lifted floorboards from water damage, doors hard to slide but otherwise has everything you need for a comfortable stay
