“Worst accommodation”
−During our stay, it was extremely cold. The main heater was broken and didn’t work, so we contacted you every day for three weeks requesting repairs. Although you repeatedly promised to fix it, nothing was done. When we tried to use an electric blanket, the circuit breaker would trip, forcing us to sleep shivering. Additionally, the washing machine broke down, causing an issue with the water supply. Water overflowed into the living room and bedroom, and we had to spend four hours cleaning it. Despite informing you, you told us to clean it ourselves and never showed up. Although we originally booked for five weeks, we checked out after three weeks without receiving any repairs and moved to another accommodation. This was the worst accommodation experience we have ever had.

“First time I’ve even asked for some money back.”
+Quiet area Handy to the activities we had planned Good space
−Unclean (glass fragments/dead insects), towels smelt unwashed, shower door broken off and leaning up against wall of bathroom, shower drain blocked, place smelled and windows wouldn’t open (bathroom and bedroom), bed slats kept falling out.

“Over priced”
+Allowed pets.
−It was advertised as a 'villa' but turned out to be nothing more than a converted double garage. the hot water did not last through the day so if we had showers in the morning I had to boil the kettle to wash the dishes and the plug was the wrong size. There was no oven, just and air fryer. There was no functional broom, mop or bucket, all of which I had to buy to maintain the place. It was difficult to contact anyone in a timely manner and the place was not advertised to the right address.

“Hot water only lasts for 2 minutes into a shower”
+It’s clean and quiet
−Hot water only lasts for 2 minutes into a shower. Then it stayed cold until the next day. There’s no wifi and hardly any mobile signal, so no Internet access.
