+The establishment was perfect for our needs. I needed to be close to the hospital and we were a stone's throw away. The room is spacious and squeaky clean with modern finishes and several luxuries (blankets, heater, well fitted kitchen). The shower and bed are to die for. We found it very easy to book in and out as the owner provided very detailed instructions. All and all a stressless experience.
−The room is adjacent to a petrol garage and main road which causes quite a bit of noise. Although there have not been any reports of serious crime, we were advised by the hospital staff to not walk around the area. Not something the owners can control though.

+I gave the maximum score because I like that this property has everything one needs. In the kitchen, bedroom etc. One does not need to ask for anything at all, which is something I don't get often at many guesthouses and hotels.
−Only a minor suggestion,nothing major, just a personal preference. It would be great to have access to local news on TV in the evenings while relaxing. Perhaps consider installing the free SABC+ app for guests (the necessary hardware is already available). I understand the move away from monthly TV subscriptions, as they are often no longer worth it, but some free content is still useful. For example, I participated in the ultra-marathon on Saturday and was too tired to return to the venue the next day to watch the half-marathon, which meant TV was my only option as it was televised free on SABC, but I was not able to. That said, this is just a personal preference,other guests may simply want to watch movies on TV.

“Excellent, refreshing, unproblematic!”
+From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with all the comforts of home. The location was perfect - close to key attractions, restaurants, and transport, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Especially enjoyed the restaurants on Main road, particularly Two4One.
−That I couldn't stay longer lol. Honestly, there's nothing I can pick out.
