+The pool area was the best part about the stay and the stunning view
−The cleanliness of the place was nonexistent The house condition was disappointing in terms of cleanliness which is why we spent majority of our stay outside

“Amazing group weekend away”
+The place is in a good and beautiful location, lot of nature and it's peaceful. The house was very big, clean and smelling nice when we arrived. Tv channels were all working (Netflix, YouTube, primevideo and more) , pool was also clean we enjoyed the water. We got everything we needed in the house and kitchen. Our stay was amazing we had lot of fun and the host and his wife were very friendly and helpful throughout the weekend. We definitely coming back again soon.
−The only thing that wasn't working was a light bulb in one of the rooms however we told the host and new light bulb was sent to us promptly. Everything else was perfect.

“Disappointing”
+The location is excellent and scenic. I enjoyed the view. The helper was friendly and trustworthy, I didn't feel as though I needed to worry about her stealing anything.
−The property needs to be maintained better. There was a broken toilet seat, the main bedroom toilet leaks, many lights not working, curtains are not even hung properly and are dusty (probably haven't been washed in a while), fans and an aircon that didn't work. Not all keys were provided, nor were they labeled. The garden needs to be cleaned up and freed of weeds. The gardener was given a carving knife and fork to weed the garden, which is frankly disgusting, especially if one hoped of using same (given we stayed there over Christmas). We were unable to use the pool as it was dirty and had a broken pipe. There was a stink of dogs and dog hair when we arrived, and we had to wash the linen ourselves. Fortunately, there is a washing machine provided, so we washed the sheets and blankets to get the smell out. Some of the pots had black debris in them and were unfit for use. We weren't able to use the garage as it's used for storage, meaning that if there was a hailstorm, my car would have been damaged. Whilst the view is awesome, the property needs serious upgrading, cleaning, and general maintenance.
