−The house was very outdated. Sleeper sofa should have been replaced 5 years ago and had mouse poop in it. The hot tub was so noisy we couldn't sleep. The particle cabinet is flaking off onto the stove. It had a noisy portable one room air conditioner that was right by the dining table which made it impossible to carry on a conversation. The other rooms had dehumidifiers which I had the joy of emptying. The front porch had broken seats and flower pots full of weeds. There's a strip of metal in the middle of the kitchen. The front porch is rotting and sagging making it difficult to open the door. Bathroom had cracked tiles and mold in the shower and it sounded like the beds were wrapped in cellophane. And the welcome mat had a hole in the middle of it not exactly welcoming.

“We made great family memories at an affordable place to stay.”
+Location and price.
−Everything outside needed swept cleaned off. The kitchen sink was slow to drain, no air conditioning so it was very hot and smelled of mildew.

“Uncomfortable.”
+It was close to down town.
−Needs updating, outdoor deck’s slippery could use a good pressure wash, the landscaping was, well there wasn’t any, flower pots had weeds growing in them. Out for furniture cushions were left out, were wet and dirty. Picture showed as if house was water front, it was not. And docks were not close to house. No AC so the house was damp. Little ants in the kitchen.

+The septic tank must have been full because there was a constant smell of sewage outside, and we could not leave the windows open. We had difficulty with the toilet not flushing properly, the kitchen sink was gurgling very loudly, and water collected in the shower pan so we had to use the toilet plunger to get it to go down to make it functional. By the end of our three days, the bathroom smelled like sewage as well. When I told management about the issues, they said sorry for the inconvenience. Certainly for the price, I would have expected better. Also, there is a step in the bathroom out of the shower and off the toilet that is not disclosed in pictures. It was a hazardous set up for my handicapped father who experiences neuropathy in his feet. We specifically chose this property for his safety over another more updated one, and I worried about him getting out of a wet shower and slipping. It looked better in the photos, but it felt somewhat misleading.
