“Maybe first to finish the things that every normal house must have, and after to come on booking to put it. It needs imp”
+not much, were 13-14 degrees out and into the house as well This is an acomodation underground, either very small windows, the dogs outside around the windows, it looks still in construction, with tubes with empty space around in to the walls, can see from a room to the bathroom. Never seen or slept in a similar house before.
−In side to the kitchen area, there is not a gas, just a microwave, and there is a huge hole in to the floor that can see the tubes down. Very un safety, I was afraid, but already was late evening when arrived, I was tired. I called the owner to give me the wifi password and to tel him it is too could and needs heating on and he answered that there itis not conectez the heating on …???what???? It was cold, very cold

+The greatest advantage of this place is its price. The bathroom is decent, and the self check-in system functions good, it was pretty easy. If you come by car, there are free parking lots close to the place and the city center isn’t far away (5 minutes drive).
−The apartments is actually a basement, it has really small windows and it smells of mold a lot. There is a wardrobe in the room, but of you are planning on staying for a couple of days, don’t plan to put your clothes inside because it smells of mold a lot, too. The place overall is old and not aesthetically pleasing, but if you’re staying for a night or two, it won’t be a big deal. Another bad thing is that it was pretty noisy and that we could hear people from the upper apartments, as well as people passing on the street.

+very clean and the self check-in is super great and comfortable. the host is respectful, helpful and overall an enjoyable presence. the space itself has a special vibe coming from the design: it was really cool to navigate through the stairs and the small level differences. oh and the bed was a delight overall super creative and cozy.
−giving that it's in a basement, it's pretty chilly so i'd recommend bringing an extra hoodie and socks to wear around if you know yourself to prefer extra warmth.
