“Good”
+We had a pleasant 2-night stay with our 2 small kids during the 3rd week of December. The property is located in a good residential neighborhood, with easy access to public transport. We arrived by car and found paid parking conveniently located right across the street. The Wi-Fi speed and heating in the apartment were both great, ensuring a comfortable stay. We also received prompt responses from the property both before and during our stay.
−We initially had some minor issues with water leaking from the heater and a door lock, but these were quickly resolved with the helpful details provided. The shower drain was clogged, which caused water to pool in the shower enclosure. Additionally, the window curtains are sheer and don’t offer much privacy, especially since the property is on the ground floor along a busy street. Lastly, the check-in process was manual and required us to provide a time slot for arrival. It would be more convenient if this could be automated in the future. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

“Excellent, spacious and clean apartment.”
+Excellent apartment! Spacious, clean, well equipped. I was sorry not to be staying a week instead of just one night. Location was perfect for me, it's not very central but there is a frequent awn easy tram straight to the main station.

“Vicino a ospedale Careggi e tram”

Supermercato e farmacia a pochi passi
Mancavano strofinacci in cucina.
