“On a plus side the beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the stay.”
−I have been to cleaner caravans. We had to wash all of the plates, cutlery before using as they were marked. The sofas had dog hair on as did the rug.

“Decent could have been better with a couple of small improvements”
+Hot tub, location, park facilities
−Missing lots of essential items: Chopping board Bread knife Colander There was no hand Towel for 2nd bathroom No hand soap left in the 2nd bathrooms The shower head holder was loose and come detached whilst showering. Also the hot tub lid is broken, so putting it back on is very difficult, and the clips to keep it locked shut are broke and so the lid opened in the wind over night.

−First appearance the outside area decking was a bit scruffy and unkept, we actually had to sweep the decking before going out to the hot tub. Rubbish down the side of hot tub, also unsure if it had fresh/ clean water in, the water was very low only just covering the jets it also didn’t look clean only used once as this put us off going in. Inside first thing we noticed was the damp smell we had to open the windows to let it air, especially in the bathroom. Also after we returned the next day, which was quite a warm day there was a smell of dog wee. The shower was rusty and broken and unable to change the temperature, the water was scalding hot. The rug in living room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered ever. The place was generally just a bit grubby and tired looking could do with a good clean and freshen up.

“Lovely little caravan”
+It was lovely little get away for few days. Great location, lovely hot tub, had everything you need for a few days away.
−The shower was like boiling water on yourself. We couldn't get it to come out warm. So be careful.

+The hot tub was a fantastic addition to a lovely lodge. The enclosed/secure veranda was also a bonus as we travelled with our dog and it kept him safe and stopped him going off to investigate.
−Nothing.

“Lovely located lodge”
+We really enjoyed staying here, it was a beautiful lodge and everything was really well laid out. It was clean and tidy and smelt fresh when we arrived. The hot tub was a lovely extra 😊. Thankyou for such a lovely place to stay.
−There wasnt anything we didnt like, but i was to change anything it would be just to add a couple extras in the kitchen e.g a laddle for your eggs and maybe a microwable dish. Other than that we couldnt fault it 😊.
