+The location of Monteview is excellent just a few steps away from the sea promenade. Stasha is a great and uncomplicated host. Upon arrival, she provided us with necessary information to warrant a pleasant and relaxing vacations in the area. Many thanks 🙏 One should expect communication in Serbian/Montenegrin over WhatsApp.
−Everything was great. The booklet with reference information could be updated, or simply the basic info about the area (e.g., greengrocer, fish monger, boat tours, etc) could be sent in advance prior to arrival. If you are traveling with a large vehicle expect some hurdles getting it through the parking gate, we rented a medium-size car and it was just right to get through.

+Amazing house and amazing host! You live 4 minutes from the beach (quite a nice one!) with all the amenities you can think of (full-equiped kitchen, washing machine, outside shower, tv with youtube,...) and lots of space. I worked remotely from this house: wifi works flawlessly in the living room and on both terrasses, with the downstairs terras being in the shade and receiving a breeze all day, and upstairs - in the afternoon.
−Parking is challenging, especially if you have a medium-sized car.

“The best place in Herzeg Novi”
+The house is completely consistent with the description. Since some of us worked, high-speed and uninterrupted internet was important. Very clean and cozy house, new orthopedic mattresses on the beds. Beautiful large terraces on the first and second floors. We spent a lot of time there. there is enough furniture on the terraces. The beaches are nearby and there is enough space on them to put your umbrellas and sun loungers, which are in the house. On the embankment there is a restaurant with quite tasty cuisine. The embankment goes to the city center. the hostess Stasha is always available and immediately solves not only small but also very complex problems. We have been vacationing in the Balkans (Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro) for the seventeenth summer season and have seen different houses and different hosts, but we have met one like Stasha for the first time. I highly recommend this house for a vacation

“Exceptional”
+We were on holiday with a large family. The apartment occupies the first and second floors. Three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, a spacious living room, kitchen and a second toilet with two washing machines on the first. The apartment has a lot of storage space, new orthopedic mattresses, everything you need for a full and comfortable life. The place is quiet. But this is a holiday. So the beaches and the sea are very clean, an equipped beach is 3-5 minutes from the house, but you can swim right next to the house. The center of a wonderful city is a 16-20 minute walk from the house, depending on how fast you walk. More time along the embankment. The most wonderful thing about this house is its owner Stasha. She is not only the most friendly and responsive person, but she can also help in solving the most difficult problems. Without asking, she and her husband helped my grandson get on a plane from Dubrovnik to Detroit via Istanbul at the last minute. Otherwise, there were terrible traffic jams at the border and without Stasha's help, my grandson would have been an hour late!!! Stasha was on the phone until my grandson was on board the plane. She is a wonderful woman!

+A house with very spacious rooms, great views, close to the sea and with everything we needed for our stay, including enough food and drinks for breakfast and snacking. Very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and welcomed in the house and in the city as well. There was also a great CD and book collection for us to enjoy. Overall we were very happy!!

+The apartment was very close to the beach but very, very quiet at the same time. It was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The bottom floor balcony is spacious, full of greenery and secluded and we spent most of our time there. The host, Staša, was extremely helpful and pleasant.

“Szuper apartman, közel a parthoz tengerre néző kilátással.”
+A leírásnak teljesn megfelel, a part, illetve a sétány nagyon közel volt. Tágas, nagyon jól felszerelt szállás, a szállásadó kedves és segítőkész volt. A parkolás 3 autónak már problémás, helycsere illetve ki és beállás csak tapasztalt sofőröknek!
−Félreértés miatt azt hittük más nem lesz a szálláson. Gond nem volt mert teljesen elszaparált az apartman. Két autó parkolása nem gond, mivel nem tudtuk, hogy lesz még egy harmadik autó is, ez jelentett némi nehézséget.
