+Near to the Metro
−The host was rude and accused us of switching on the heater, even though we did not even know where the heater button was. (Could someone enter the property while we were go sightseeing?) Why would we want to turn on the heater when it is not even winter yet? An air conditioner would have been much more appropriate during our stay. The host’s attitude and the unnecessary accusation made our experience unpleasant.

+The property has everything that is necessary, near to metro station and other markets and grocery stores. Very clear and the Host was very kind with us.

“BE AWARE - read the comment”
+The accommodation is close to the metro. Restaurants, a pharmacy and shops are in the immediate vicinity.
−On the second day of our stay, the owner sent me a message and asked if he could come to the apartment to film the door unlocking and locking for the next guests - he said he didn't have time the next day to show them. He assured me that he wouldn't enter the apartment. He wanted to arrive at 9 pm. Since I found this inconvenient, we agreed to come earlier. He again assured me that he wouldn't enter the apartment. When he arrived, he unlocked the door and entered the apartment (where I surprised him with my presence. He thought I would be at a concert at the time). When I reminded him that he had assured me that he wouldn't enter, he didn't even apologize. Well, the next day when we were leaving, he arrived with a cleaning lady, so he could have recorded a video of the door unlocking at that time. I THINK IT IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE OWNER TO ENTER THE APARTMENT DURING THE RENTAL (AND WHEN HE THINKS NO ONE IS IN IT)!!!

“Good value, ideal for short stay”
+Good value, not too close to the centre but easily accessible by metro. Two double beds available, one on the gallery and one downstairs. Acceptable for a short stay.
−Not the cleanest and quite small, but okay for a short stay.

“Exceptional”
+The apartment location is perfect just 2 minutes walk from the metro station. The host was supportive and kind throughout our whole stay .The apartment is supplied with a nice kitchen just opposite the apartment with fridge microwave ,hobs and even gofrettemaker. We felt at home all the time. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for everything.

“Cold as iglo at The Room. You Have to pay taxes, tax free,when picking up key.”
+Worker was good but Power whent of two Times. Toilet stops working when no Power. Starts to leak toilet Water. Very cold room. Worker blames us For everything. But yeah when Power on, The ok, If you have alot of clothes. Would like money Back from one Day.
