“Passable”
+I stayed in this apartment in Bucharest for a few days, and overall, the experience was decent. The apartment was as expected - the price was low, it was fairly clean (not spotless, but acceptable), and it was well organized. One of the biggest advantages was the location: very close to the city center, which made getting around easy and convenient.
−However, the main downside was the building itself. It’s very old and in poor condition. The elevators were unreliable and didn’t seem very safe. Unfortunately, there was also a beetle infestation in the building, and some of them made their way into the apartment by crawling under the door. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for budget travelers who prioritize location over comfort, but be aware of the condition of the building and the potential insect issue. Please, remember to ask the host the floor and the number of the apartment, as he didn't communicate it initially. However he replied really soon even if it was 2am in the night

“Fair”
+Location and the flexibilty to stay extra2 without extra fee if no reserve the flat on your checkout date
−Kitchen is incomplete, no mugs needed to ask the owner to give us mugs fo coffee. The spoons and plates are not oganized and you dont even know if they are clean. The light in the toilet is blinking the whole 4 days 3 nights we stayed.

“Did not enjoy it.”
−The property did not have Wi-Fi. On the same day, I informed the host, but the issue was not fixed. I stayed for three nights. The bathroom lights were flickering, and the water was not hot, just slightly warm.

“Good”
+Good, central location
−The apartment was not very clean - sheets were old and not fresh, the table was stained underneeth and it stained my clothes, the drawers were dusty. Also, it was not fully equipped - the wifi didn't work, there was barely the necessary for a kitchen (like salt and paper, coffee etc).
