“Fantastic location, very hands on hosts who are happy to answer questions very quickly”
+Location spot on - quiet street for sleeping but right near everything Beds were comfy Apartment - bigger than we thought from the photos (apart from shower) Stairs to get to property but not too bad- it’s part of the experience Hosts were very good at being in touch if we needed any questions answering We didn’t use the kitchen but looked well equipped.
−The shower was too small Very tricky to manage the sand after coming in from the sea everyday. We just felt we were walking around with sand. Sand ended up in our bed. We tried to sweep up as much as we could. It’s only a small apartment so can’t expect too much as the price for the stay was very reasonable. Pillows need upgrading as none of us found them comfortable, very thin and bumpy. Take photos of how many blankets/duvets/pillows as we had a tricky convo with the host after our stay which caused upset and unnecessary stress as the cleaning company said there was a pillowcase and pillow missing. The host tried to say they were not accusing us but it did come across that way. We were questioned even after we sent videos and photos of us landing at our UK airport to show as much proof as possible. We understand people do these silly things but I think we had enough proof that we did nothing with the pillows. An invoice from the cleaning company was sent to us for 59 euros. We understand this is unfair on the host to pay but more unfair on honest guests stopping who did nothing wrong. I wouldn’t let this put you off staying but I do think it would be worth taking photos and video

+Great vacation. The location is perfect. Very clean, close to the beach and in the centre of old town. It was a pleasent vacation. The hosts are very nice and understandable. We recommend it.

“Nöjd och glad”
+Fantastiskt läge på en tyst och lugn gata. Det bästa var läget och den mysiga lilla balkongen. Trots att lägenheten är kompakt kändes det rymligt och välplanerat. Det fanns allt som behövdes för en perfekt vistelse. Hit kommer jag gärna tillbaka.

“Gute Wohnung, schlechter Vermieter!!”

−EDIT: Wir wurden nach der ursprünglichen 5 Sterne Bewertung vom Vermieter privat kontaktiert und der Klage bedroht, sollten wir die Rezension nicht auf 10 Sterne ändern UND eine Unterlassungserklärung unterzeichnen. Offensichtlich ist der Vermieter nicht kritikfähig ;) Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist extrem zeitraubend, unseriös und nimmt einem die ersten 2 Tage die Urlaubsfreude: Vor der Anreise wird man mit haufenweise Informationen zu geschmissen, man soll Fotos von Personalausweisen schicken und dann anschließend selbst alle Daten nochmal in eine Abfrage eintragen (das sollte der Vermieter eigentlich selbst tun!) Hat man das erledigt, freut man sich auf eine schöne Wohnung, weit gefehlt. Sobald man angekommen ist, wird man zuerst in die Wohnung gelassen und sobald man diese wieder verlassen hat, man genötigt eine Kaution zu zahlen, um an alle Schlüssel zu kommen. Zahlt man nicht unmittelbar, wird man nicht mehr in die Wohnung (zu seinen Sachen) gelassen und der Vermieter antwortet in diesem Zeitraum auf keine Nachrichten oder Anrufe. Man wird erpresst das Geld zu zahlen oder sitzt vor der Wohnung und kommt nicht zu seinen Wertgegenständen. (In den AGBs steht klein etwas
