“Great town house stay”
+The property was scrupulously clean and comfortable. Dog friendly which also helped. Layout of property was well thought out for a town house. Private parking also a bonus. Adequate bathrooms were well received We have family near by and hope to book again.
−Very little to dislike. En-suite was fine but the small wash basin was difficult to use. A little maintenance in bathrooms requied

+Tom is an amazing host and the house is immaculate.
−Nothing. A bit of a trek to the beach but very handy for the station.

“We had a very enjoyable stay in Tom's smart townhouse. Parking was easy and free.”
+The Location was perfect for our stay. We parked near the apartment and walked 20 minutes to the sea front where the were lots of restaurants in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the apartment nicely decorated. The outside space was a bonus in the hot weather we had. It was lovely to have access to chairs and a large table.
−We needed some more hand towels. The owner quickly arranged some to be delivered to us. The freezer badly needed defrosting. The patio needed a weed !

+The apartment is spacious and clean with a beautiful terrace. We discovered the close access to the loop bus to get us into ramsgate and down the coast. There is also an asda supermarket within walking distance
−Not much to do in the area but easy access to loop bus if not driving is useful.

+The whole family really liked the house; everything was very clean. There was some food, coffee, milk, etc., ready for our arrival. There was a bouquet of fresh flowers in the living room, which was a wonderful surprise. The house was very clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were spotless, and the bathrooms were excellent. The living room was very nice, and the internet was excellent. The house itself seemed to be of very good quality and was almost new. The area is very quiet and well-located, with supermarkets and the train station nearby, and a parking space right next to the house. It was a superb stay; everything was excellent. “It's truly excellent!”
+Everything within this wonderful townhouse is well thought out and well presented. It is spacious, very welcoming, and comfortable. Nothing not to like, simply fab! The pictures seen of this townhouse just don't do it justice. The finish on everything is just gorgeous quality, which gives off a touch of luxury. The owner was friendly, organised, and communicated everything well.
−I liked everything about this townhouse. I would happily come back again and definitely recommend it to my family and friends!
