“Great stay.”
+Perfect location for our trip to Cadburys world. Beautiful and clean. Nice green space directly opposite and only a street away back onto the main routes. Great night sleep, nice and comfortable. All the amenities, although we ate out.
−Extremely hot wasn't the easiest to cool down the place with just the windows. But it's been an unusually hot weekend.

“Very Disappointing due to serious Health & Safety issues.”
+Location was useful for us. Owner agreed an early check-in at an additional cost of £20. Parking spot immediately outside the flat off road.
−Smoke alarm, not fitted, thrown in kitchen cupboard. Carbon monoxide detector positioned in the boiler cupboard, immediately adjacent to the boiler. Should be outside of the cupboard and at least 1 to 3 meters away. Bedside lamps with European two pin plug sockets, one of which was plugged into the universal unpolarised wall socket, which are not regulated in the UK. At 7 pm, the heating did not come on, flat very cold, no manual left for the heating, luckily I managed to work out how to get it on. The owner does not list a key safety box in the listing, but when we arrived, the box was left with the code code visible and unlocked, so for safety reasons, we chose not to leave the keys in the key safe when we were out, because the other 3 flats could have clearly seen the code. The cutlery needed washing before we could use it. Bedding needs replacing.

“Lovely little cosy modern flat”
+Lovely and clean, great value for money one of the cheapest I found, property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cosy and welcoming. I stayed here with my adult daughter after travelling from Wales to Birmingham for a family occasion. We didn’t arrive at the property until late in the night and walked in to a warm cosy home. The whole flat was really warm which was welcomed in this weather. We had a comfortable sleep also nice and quiet with no outside noise disturbing our sleep and stay. We will definitely be booking again Thankyou. X

+WOW!!! OWNERS SO HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE AMAZING. Parked ok Very Spacy inside. Comfy Bed Awesome shower Heating was good and working. Kitchen 95% of utensils Good Tv channels YES WILL RETURN
−VERY LITTLE TBH. Just honest points Steap stairs to flats 1 and 2. Could be clearer instructions to use facilities inside flat.
