“What a terrible houseThe landlord's attitude is very bad, as if he had never seen money before. He won't refund”
+There is no convenient place to keep up.
−All aspects need to be improved. The room is too old.The introduction did not say that you need to pay a deposit of 500 on the day of check-in. When you check in, it will remain the same as when you leave, or you will be fined.

“Think twice when booking this property, £350 “security deposit” not returned!!”
+Nice property great location
−I booked the property to attend a day event with family and friends, I was asked by the owner to send over a £350 deposit directly to their account before I received check in details. I did this on the day, I then turned up to the property at around 3pm and checked in with the two other guest that I had requested the booking with and my little brother (the property states on booking that is can accommodate 4 people) Everyone left the property by 4pm and headed to the event, I then received a message from the owner at 5pm saying they hope I wasn’t planning on throwing a party, even though I was not at the property at this time! We then arrived back at the property at 11pm to get change and left again by 12 to go back out, while we were there even heard music and people above us making noise but thought nothing of it as we were heading out anyways, after this only the 3 people that I had stated were staying, came back and slept at the apartment. The next day after checking out on time I messaged to thank the owner and ask when I would be receiving my deposit back, I was then accused of throwing a “full blown party” and told I would not receive my security deposit back! “Sutton Stay”
+The apartment was really nice, modern and comfortable. Lovely and clean, good-sized rooms and comfy beds.
−The host was rude and abrupt. She demanded a deposit, and I had not received the welcome pack. At the time of checking in at 16:45pm, I could not enter the apparentment due to not paying a deposit and the apparentment having not been cleaned before we arrived. I was greeted by nice pleasant cleaners who were apologetic. The apparentment is hot, and not enough ventilation. However, there were two fans provided, but I felt it was too hot and the windows could not be opened. The freezer needs defrosting as we were unable to use it.

“Spotless and modern with parking space”
+- spotlessly clean - Easy check in - Parking space right outside (looks like the pavement incase you are not sure) and free parking on Carshalton Grove if you need extra - great bathroom, shower hot and high pressured - Great kitchen with good cooking facilities - High ceilings and French doors in the kitchen give nice light airy feel - Fans provided - Strong WiFi - Comfy beds - Tea bags and sugar - Has a dining table - We left some items in the apartment by accident and the landlord sent them back to us which was amazing and we are very grateful
−- no dishwasher - Sofa could be bigger and more comfortable - No coffee - Front bedroom window is boarded up so no light - £350 deposit - Landlord lives next door - this didn’t effect our stay but subconsciously we were more concerned about noise then I would normally be - Landlord a bit slow to respond but answers when you call

+Fantastic flat, lovely inside and super clean! Great location with bus routes and train stations close by. Will definitely be back!
−There is parking right outside the apartment but it isn't obvious as it looks like it could be the pavement. Once parked all good though with no issues at all! A deposit of 150 is required via bank transfer but this was returned in a really timely manner so nothing to be concerned about just good to know!
