“Holiday totally ruined and over £1000 out of pocket”
+It was dreadful. We paid for accommodation with a lovely pool as seen on the website to relax for our 10 day holiday in the sun. When we arrived we found the pool closed and the property severely fire damaged on the next floors. No body would help, we have been utterly scammed and had our holiday ruined. We had to leave in disgust after 2 days of complaining and pay all over again to stay in a near apartment with a pool .
−Nothing , if I wanted to stay in Gaza I could have gone there as a volunteer for free! This property should not be listed until it is safely checked and repaired.

−The parking didn’t stand up to its value due to no space! That was very anoying!

“Amazing location, apartment clean, tidy and comfortable. However last day slightly ruined by lack of aircon meaning lack”
+Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the beach, five minute walk to new town and fifteen minute walk to old town. Apartment was clean and felt very safe
−Air con stopped working on the last day, I contacted property within the office hours and was told someone would get in touch and they never. This meant we hardly had any sleep before an early morning flight as it was too hot, and too noisy off the street below if the window was open. We were told to leave keys on table in apartment which we did. However you also need to use the same key to open the gate to the complex, due to this we had to climb over a fence at the back of the property with our luggage to get out as the gate wouldn’t unlock, we’d been told to leave key in apartment and the gate was far too high to climb.

−Wasn't happy with cockroaches on the first night in apartment, also I sent a few messages regarding is there a hairdryer or where to leave keys when trip had finished and didn't receive a reply .

“All in all we had a good stay and if the price is right we would stay again.”
+We stayed in floor 5 app F for 8 nights. It has good air con and although a bit noisy from the Mediterraneano main road it quietens down later in the evening. Its location is superb for the beach and easy to get both new and old town. The apartment is run by Blueline and have given good service and dealt with queries quickly. There is a large and well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with air con.
−There is limited parking for mobility scooters and a couple of charging sockets limited by shared space with cycles and motorcycles. There is a cramped but use able bathroom and small bedroom with large doube bed.
