“The owner relocated us to another apartment,but our stay was already meshed.”
+The location is great in the center of city The roof top is something you Dont find easy in city center.
−Apartment was dirty,smelling bad,maybe from the pipes.couldnt find wifi. U have to use keys to get in so a late checkin (after hours) was not possible.

“Good location and near all tourist attractions in nice part of town”
+The location. Is fantastic- right in the centre and lovely views from terrace of the spires of the church etc. the bed is super comfortable. The host was excellent and made sure I had access to the apartment when I arrived and sent clear access instructions.
−The staircases to the bedroom floor and to the terrace are very steep. If you have any mobility problems even minor this apartment is not suitable.

“Tolle Lage, originelles Appartement mit ein paar Vorbehalten”
+Die Lage war wirklich top ! Auch das Appt. selber war ansprechend, hübsch eingerichtet und originell auf 3 Stockwerke verteilt. Der Rooftop-Balkon war natürlich das absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Check-out um 11 anstatt 10 Uhr war kein Problem.
−Im oberen Stock war es extrem warm, trotz Ventilator und (sehr schwacher) Klimaanlage. Im Bad hielt man es bei geschlossener Türe fast nicht aus. Ungenügend war auch die Beleuchtung im Bad. Schminken war fast nicht möglich...

−Cn l emergenza caldo d questi giorni non si sono degnati nemmeno d farci trovare una bottiglietta d acqua, aria condizionata in blocco x la prima ora e soprattutto non scende l acqua abbastanza fredda dal rubinetto per poterla bere . al check in nn c hanno spiegato praticamente nulla come password Wi-Fi , telecomandi , utilizzo doccia e cose varie , sui coupon della colazione nn c è scritto il nome del bar convenzionato e neanche sul loro sito , quindi o contatti con l host o te la paghi da solo , ho provato a parlare cn il responsabile che è stato impegnato x le prime 24 ore , poi mi sono trovato un suo messaggio in segreteria e abbiamo aspettato un tecnico il primo giorno che non è mai arrivato ! Scuse nn sono arrivate da nessuno , ringrazio Booking x l ottima assistenza e disponibilità nel capire e aiutarmi a risolvere i problemi

+La colazione (ottima) è compresa nel prezzo del soggiorno tramite buoni per un bar pasticceria vicino alla struttura. Posizione centralissima comoda sia per il centro storico che per la stazione. Livello di pulizia buono, nella media.
−La struttura è sicuramente più adatta a soggiorni brevi rispetto a soggiorni lunghi. C'è un evidente problema di pressione dell'acqua sia in cucina che in bagno, dove mancavano i prodotti per la pulizia dei capelli (indicati tra i servizi) e il tappetino per il bagno (quando si fa la doccia tende a uscire parecchia acqua).
