+Loved the open plan accommodation and the outside space.
−Not a problem for us but be aware 4 flights of stairs to accommodation so not suitable if you have mobility issues.

“Returned to the private loft after a two year gap.”
+Returned to the apartment after a two year gap to find the place as good if not better than our previous experiences. In a fantastic location for access to public transport to all areas of the island. Close by are great supermarkets, café bars, and eateries.

+We really loved our apartment! Everything was just as good as shown in the photos, and we had everything we needed. We were really happy to have free bikes because there is a very nice and easy route along the cost. There were also some nice details like a bottle of wine for welcome. Montse was a great host and was always available for any help needed.

“The perfect place to stay in Arrecife”
+The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay in Arrecife. A warm welcome from the wonderful host who was very helpful and friendly. The pair of bikes were very useful indeed, we used them nearly everyday to explore places along the coast and inland. A lovely big sofa to enjoy watching TV on in the evening. The roof terrace was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunsets. Nice little touches were the wine, water and coffee pods that were left for us. Such a great apartment and wonderful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

+Montse is an amazing host. A huge place as living room. In the apartment you have free bicycles to take and there is a confortable terrace just for you.

“Vera ospitalita' canaria”
+Praticamente tutto, appartamento molto pulito, corredato ed accessoriato. Bagno ampio, letto comodo, ambiente spazioso, cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi, cappa, piano cottura ad induzione, lavastoviglie, forno, micronde, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asse, frigo con congelatore, buona dotazione di stoviglie, macchina da caffe' con capsule; la proprietaria persona gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare, acqua, una bottiglia di vino bianco locale (buono), olio,zucchero, sale. Biancheria da bagno in abbondanza, 4 teli mare. E' posizionato a secondo piano, con ampia terrazza esterna ad uso esclusivo, posta al piano superiore, dotata di divano e due lettini prendisole. Non comune nell'appartamento erano presenti due biciclette. Il valore aggiunto e' Montse, la proprietaria, prodiga di consigli e sempre reperibile (gestisce un negozio al piano terra sotto l'appartamento). La posizione e' su un'arteria principale di Arrecife, posizione centrale nell'isola, per cui e' facile raggiungere facilmente ogni destinazione a sud o a nord in meno di 30 minuti. Quando torneremo a Lanzarote sappiamo dove tornare. Altamente consigliato.
−Nulla, forse qualche gancio in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani e, qualche punto luce "morbido" nel loft.
