“Charming retreat in the heart of Venice”
+The location was incredible with views of gondoliers frequently cruising by on the canal below. It's close enough to the main attractions, yet far enough away to escape the crowds.

“Cosy Venetian bliss perfect for exploring this beautiful city”
+Brilliant communication from the host Mario with very clear and helpful instructions for arrival and key collection. Beautiful typical Italian building and apartment. Such a treat to watch the comings and goings of the canal outside. Lovely property better than the photos. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Absolutely brilliant location, right in the heart of Venice. Would love to have stayed longer.
−It’s pretty noisy (as you’d expect for being so central and by the canal on a Saturday night). No problem for us but worth mentioning. The sofa bed felt like a sofa bed so not super comfy but did the job for 1 night. All the basics there you need for a stopover but for a longer trip we might have struggled with cooking things, fresh coffee etc. Main parts, bedding and towels all very clean but we found some clothing left behind by previous guests

+Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
−It was very difficult to find. Google maps could not give us directions. Maybe giving address as Calle de Miracoli 6015 would be more helpful, as 'Ramo' does not appear as a street sign.

“Fantastic apartment in heart of Venice with a few nags”
+A lovely expansive apartment with excellent canal views of passing gondolas, light and airy, well located to lovely area of Venice away from main tourist drag. Highly recommend.
−Harsh bright bulb lights in living spaces, Low- lack of caffetire or coffee machine, Medium - polyester bedding (big no no- allergies and hot). High- Bedroom with single bed needs changing around so can sleep feet to door and close the door (as can hear noisey fridge all night) over access to window and away from wall. Essential - you need mosquito killer plug-in to get rid of these pests!!
