+Location was fabulous, though the rail disruption between west and ost was a pain. rooms were large and comfy, heating worked, kitchen was clean and stocked. All in all an excellent stay.
−Not that i didnt like, where i think there is scope of improvement. 1. Common washing machine, which is fine, but i think the residents need to follow the timings set for usage as well, on multiple occasions we came down to see the machine in use, and had to wait hours after a long travel day. 2. Both rooms need extension cords (for charging devices), not just one. some converters would be nice, for people travelling from the middle east or india.

“Minze Trip to Switzerland”
+This BnB is located very close to the station (about a 5-minute walk), and all the shops, including grocery stores, are nearby, making it easy to find. It also has an excellent kitchen with all the necessary equipment, including a coffee machine, so you can cook your own meals and save money.
−It was difficult to connect to Netflix, as I had to connect manually rather than automatically. Also, if you have a lot of heavy luggage, I would like to give you a heads-up that there is no lift.

+Amazing Stay at Minze Apartment, Interlaken We had a wonderful stay at Minze Apartment. Everything was perfect , the apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent with easy access to both Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost stations, and close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and ensured a smooth check-in experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Interlaken , we would definitely love to stay here again!

“Interlaken at its best”
+It is spacious and well equipped in a lovely setting. Very near the Interlaken West train station and a large supermarket but still very peaceful. The kitchenware is very good and decent glass ware also.
−We were on the third floor which is great for the view but 42 steps with suitcases is a challenge.

“A very comfortable apartment close to the centre of town”
+Excellent location, just a few minutes from the centre of town and very close to supermarkets. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and it was all in good working order. Housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. The shower was hot and powerful. There were stunning views in all directions and the balcony was an added bonus. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again.
−As some have mentioned, it was up on the top floor which may be difficult for some to navigate. The parking space was a little tight, especially if you have a large car. We felt there was an issue with the central heating being a little cool and we reported this. There was a portable electric fan heater in the apartment which we used when needed and this was perfect for us.

“More stressful than it should have been.”
+Location was excellent. Typical Swiss style residence.
−The advertised property stated a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying racks. When we arrived there was a shared washing machine in the basement and a drying room with a small line which held about 6 items of clothing. No tumble dryer. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor so totally inconvenient. This was the only reason we booked this apartment. The information needs to be stated correctly as falsely stating things is deceptive

“A very comfortable stay in a quiet, convenient location.”
+The apartment was larger than we were expecting. It was in a great location close to the main part of Interlaken but far enough back from the main area to make it very quiet. Good views out of the windows - great for watching paragliders coming down from Harder Kulm. Good cooking facilities. A few minutes walk to a supermarket and cafes etc and close to the Interlaken West train station.
−The only thing we were disappointed in was the fact that although the property description said there was a washing machine and a dryer, there was only access to a washing machine in the basement between 6 pm and 6 am. (Other hours were for the permanent tenants in the building). There was no dryer, just indoor washing lines.
