+The host is very friendly and kind, with a very good level of English, which is especially helpful if you're visiting from abroad. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. We had a wonderful stay!

+The owner met us at the taxi stand, walked with us to the property (just a matter of going under the railroad tracks) and showed us around our unit. Everything worked out well. Being met at the taxi late at night was awesome. We didn't have to figure out which way to go. It was only about a block but it was late and we were tired from a long flight. He pointed out the building we were heading toward, which way to go for breakfast, and where the best pizza restaurant was. So altogether, a great experience.

+Everything was perfect. The place is very special, clean, new and comfortable. We appreciate the great hospitality of the Carlo. The appartment is located close to the beach and walking distance to the old town. I recommend this place! :)

+Perfectly equipped, modern, clean, everything worked, also esthetically well presented. I loved the location, close to the beach and within easy reach of the city centre by bus or foot. The train station being close by was handy as well .

+Carlo is great host, very helpful and has everything in the apartment well ordered and organized, neat and clean. The location is perfect, 5 min from the Beach, there is a bus stop in front, from where you reach city center in 10 min. Breakfast is included in a nice cafe nearby.

“Amazing apartment and great location!”
+Strongly recommend! We had an amazing experience, our host, Carlo, was so welcoming. He massaged as before our trip via WhatsApp, gave us tips and recommendations about nearest attractions and how to commute. He was kind enough to let us check-in before noon, as our flight was in the morning. Our apartment was really great. It was very well equipped. We could use kitchen, everything was there. There was even laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, first aid kid. AC was new and working perfectly. Apartment was very clean. Owner was ready to help us at any time. We had everything we needed. I can safely say, it was our best booking experience so far! 11/10! Also, the location was perfect. It is right next to train station, from where we could commute to Central train station, and then other beautiful cities, but also, it was very close to beautiful sandy beach, Pane e Pomodoro. We had small cafés and shops, great restaurants very close to us. And historic city was just a walk away. Our experience was trully amazing, thank you Carlo!
