“Good location, parking place, great host”
+First of all, I would like to commend the great host Clara, who welcomed us and handed over the key personally, was always available and helpful with anything you need, you can easily contact her on WhatsApp if you want. The apartment is clean and tidy, has its own yard where you can sit relaxed, have breakfast, drink coffee or whatever you want without being disturbed. The location is good, about 10 minutes from the airport and close to the road, you have your own parking space as part of the accommodation. I think it is a good place as a base for touring the rest of the island. The bed was comfortable, the apartment has wi-fi with a good signal and I would recommend this place as a very pleasant one.
−Everything was fine, I have no complaints, the road is close to the accommodation, the noise from vehicles passing on the road is minimal, we were not disturbed by the sound of vehicles moving on the street and we were not woken up by the sound of vehicles passing by, so I think this is not a problem for staying in this apartment

+Excellent accommodation, we’d gladly come back again. Great location - La Geria and other key sights are nearby. The host was very kind and always available for any questions, and her lovely cat visited us during our morning coffee. The place is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay on Lanzarote. It has a beautiful courtyard for dining and socializing. Highly recommended!

“Viaje en pareja”
+Clara la propietaria estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos facilitó que pudiéramos hacer antes el check in. El loft estaba limpio , era cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además se encontraba cerca del aeropuerto.
−Lo más incómodo fue no que no podía tirar el papel al WC.

“Para repetir, 100% recomendable!”
+La ubicación es genial: cerca del aeropuerto y a unos 20-30 minutos de todos los sitios que visitar de la isla. El apartamento estaba impoluto, es silencioso y tiene de todo. Clara, la dueña, es súper amable y flexible: se adaptó a nuestra hora de entrada y nos dio toallas para la playa porque no teníamos. El aire va por monedas pero apenas lo necesitáis al ser un apartamento fresquito y, de usarlo, va genial y 1€ da para 3 horas, más que suficiente. Para repetir. Gracias!!!

+Piccolo appartamentino dotato di tutto il necessario. Piacevole lo spazio esterno per trascorrere il tempo in relax. Posizione strategica al centro dell'isola per raggiungere facilmente sia la parte nord che sud. Parcheggio privato. La proprietaria abita proprio di fianco quindi è sempre pronta ad aiutare se serve. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato
