+The mini cabin is exactly as described, and was a perfect place to rest after a long day exploring, and to freshen up. Location is very good, with transport options close by, and a wonderful public park just one block around the corner!
−At the time I was there, the temperature outside was quite hot, so it was a little bit difficult to sleep at night, however a strong fan was provided to help!

−The yard could do with a bit of tending and better lighting. Also, street parking is free only during weekends.

+Budget option in a good location. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, I slept really well there.
−Don't expect miracles, it's among the cheapest accommodations in London. It's difficult to control water temperature in the shower, the first few splashes are steaming hot, so watch out.

+Close to denmark hill station so great for trains to victoria or windrush line getting to underground for city centre, Weatherspoons close for cheap meals. Small easy to get to with everything you need for a stay bed shower toilet hesting and the fridge kettle etc .. bob on

“Good location, would stay again.”
+Brilliant location for when I was on placement at the local hospital. It's exactly as advertised, friendly host who was happy to show me around the cabin. Felt a safe area, close to Denmark Hill train station. Decent shower was appreciated, and the mini kitchen was an unexpected surprise.

+The quality of the room and the location for the price was just fantastic. Clean, comfortable, and functional. You are even greeted by a pleasant smell when you get back after a long day at work.
−Some travellers might want a slightly bigger room or a better finish on the appliances but for someone travelling for meetings this isn't a priority. I want a clean, functional room, in a good location, with a comfortable bed. This ticks all the boxes

“Had an amazing time and the location was very nice near the park!”
+Nice and quiet place. Everything needed was there… for me its was kind of a small place to stay since im 1.94m but i’d be staying again when visiting England. Host is also very kind! Cabin is clean and it was nice to be able to sit outside aswell.
−Shower was a bit small. Showerhead was just below my shoulders.
