“Fantastic cozy house, tucked away which is excellent value for mone”
+Wonderful location right in the middle of town. Beds were super comfy, really cozy and clean house. House equipped with all the bits you need, the ‘dog’ room is also such a good idea for the pooches.
−Nothing really, minor issue was the front door needs looking at - very stiff and difficult to lock! We really struggled at times.

“Lovely place”
+Nice cozy traditional Welsh house in the heart of Llanberis. It's got all the amenities that one would need to have a good time during the stay, plus extras like access to BBQ (though we didn't use it), laundry facility, and dog bowls for those staying with a dog. There's books, TV with access to various streaming services (again, which we didn't use), and upstairs, a den for the young ones to play in. Parking was quite a bit tricky because there was no dedicated space but largely manageable.
−This is very much a very minor thing but I still find it interesting that the mix tap is still not a thing in a lot of older houses in 2025. I don't think it's necessary to separate hot and cold taps these days. Fortunately we were there in the summer not being able to get warm water from the bathroom tap wasn't a huge deal, but I would imagine in the winter, it's more of an issue. Like I said, very minor but it's an honest feedback nonetheless.

“Great location for exloring North Wales”
+Ideal location for exploring. Minafon house was clean and comfortable
−Problem with rubbish and recycling that had not been cleared before arriving or during stay - no instructions for clients to help. Brought recycling home! A small carpet/ floor cleaner would make a difference rather than using a dustpan and brush- not helpful for older clients.

“Great weekend in a great location - perfect for our needs.”
+More than adequate space for a group of 3 ladies. Well placed for walks and access to the high street.
−We had difficulty locking the front door.
