“Wonderful location in beautiful quiet part of town. It’s small but well equipped and Pietro is very helpful.”
+The location is perfect: just steps from the Zattere, which is very beautiful. The area is quiet but close to the Accademia, Salute etc and vaporetto stops. You can walk over the Accademia bridge as well. Pietro is very nice and responsive and eager to provide tips and assistance if needed.
−It is a little musty and damp but that’s to be expected from an old property on the ground floor in Venice. And it could do with a bath mat and a tea towel. But these are minor quibbles. It is also quite compact but it was absolutely fine for me and my grownup daughter.

“Lovely stay”
+The place was easy to find , just needed to type in the address given by Pietro, it was very close to several vaporetto stations of different lines which made a good base exploring Venice, took only about 20 minutes to walk to San Marco. Wonderful restaurants and galleries close by. The studio was on the ground floor at the end of an alley, although without a view, it had a high ceiling and was spacious, quiet and safe. The lighting was very good in the studio allowing me to read in many areas. Pietro was very helpful and responsive towards my check-in and check out requests and kindly asked his father to step in and help when he was away, much appreciated.

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise et chez Mimi's studio. Bon emplacement.”
+Nous avons été accueillis par Pietro avec un léger retard de sa part, toutefois justifé. Il a pris le temps de nous faire visiter l'appartement, donné les consignes et des propositions d'endroits à visiter selon nos intérêts de même que des suggestions de bars-bistrots pour déguster des tapas et un bon vin dans un des quartiers de Venise. Il s'est montré disponible pour répondre à nos besoins même en situation d'urgence et a pris de nos nouvelles de notre séjour à Venise. L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle, peu achalandée, près du supermarché CONDAD et du bâteau pour se rendre à la station d'autobus. C'est facile de se rendre dans les différents points d'intérêts à Venise.
−L'appartement est un peu sombre et sentait un peu l'humidité ce qui est peut-être normal à Venise.

+Appartamento ristrutturato da poco, molto accogliente e luminoso, ottimo anche dal punto di vista della posizione. Da consigliare assolutamente. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

“Très bien sauf la mezzanine”
+Le studio est remarquablement situé, très bien équipé, calme et propre.
−La disposition du lit : situé dans une mezzanine, il est accessible par un escalier en bois plutôt raide. Pas de place autour. C’est spécial et cela ne nous a pas plu.

+Sijainti oli erinomainen, rauhallinen.
−Huoneisto haisi homeelle, sänky oli kasattu sidonta liinalla ja epämiellyttävä nukkua. Huono selkäinen olisi ongelmissa. Huoneistossa ei ollut pesuaineita vaikka niistä mainittiin että on.

+Top für zwei Personen, sehr sauber und tolle Lage nah an mehreren Vaporetto Linien. Schöne, etwas weniger überlaufene Umgebung. Nette & schnelle Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Pietro. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
−Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung waren nicht ganz optimal, haben wir weitergeleitet und nach unserem Eindruck von Pietro wird er das schnell beheben. Vor der Eingangstür wird öfter geraucht, das muss man beim Lüften zeitlich abpassen.

+l'accueil du propriétaire, la propreté de l'appartement, l'emplacement de celui-ci dans une impasse calme à 200 m de l’arrêt du vaporetto "la salute" Cuisine bien équipée avec ustensiles suffisants pour cuisiner.
