“Pleasant, good place to rest after a day of sightseeing.”
+Location, cleanliness, spaciousness of the apartment.
−We could not get the air conditioning to work at the desired temperature despite trying everything. Fortunately we were out for most of the day, and the evening was cooler so we were fine with it.

+Nothing.
−⚠️ Warning to other travelers - avoid this place! Three days before arrival, we agreed on the check-in time with the host. After that, they stopped communicating. We assumed everything was fine. When we arrived at the agreed time, no one was there. We tried calling and messaging via WhatsApp and Booking - no response. The host completely ignored us. We had to resolve the situation with Booking.com support, who confirmed that it was no longer possible to check in and left us to find alternative accommodation - on a Friday afternoon, in summer, in Budapest, when everything was fully booked. The whole ordeal took three extra hours - after already driving for three hours, with two small children in the car. It was absolutely exhausting and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. And the worst part - to this day, the host has never responded, let alone apologized.

+The apartment is large and spacious. The location is great. There are 3 metro stops to the center, and the metro station is a few minutes from the apartment. One stop by metro to Hero Square or Zoo. In reality, it can also be done on foot. Private parking is excellent and not expensive. It pays off.

“Very poor service, rude and ignorant host”
+Spacious apartment
−I had to arrive and clean the apartment myself after previous guests. I was told the cleaner would arrive after i got there to clean up after last guests. Then got told by the host that she couldnt come and that he would come and clean it. But he ended up leaving bedding etc outside the door for me to do myself!! Then the apartment still wasnt cleaned until 5pm the next day. I had to go back to let the cleaner in as they didn't have a key costing me £9. Then when I arrived back the cleaner wasnt there so I waited 30 minutes and ended up having to leave the key in the door (with no awnser from host about where she was) he ignored me. So I left as I had plans and had to take my valuables. Totally dodgy. Still had to pay a cleaning fee for this property which I've asked to be refunded but no response. poor service lots of photos but can only upload 4
