“not the best experience, I would not reccomend”
+Supermarkets are very close, apartment is new and clean, the parking nearby is always available and free, cooking equipment was very good
−The communication with the manager before arrival was terrible and not acceptable. He was not picking the phone and then telling me in the very rude way that it is 8 in the morning, it is too early to call and he did not want to pick up. Although we did not agree on the hour of the arrival, which is usually initiated by accommodation, we were arriving on that day so we needed to agree on it. In the original reservation the check-in was at 2 PM, he said in the chat it is 4PM, then he changed it also on booking (but I had screenshot showing 2PM fortunately). Gas was switched off (so we could not cook for almost 2 days), it should have been checked. Although the rest of the trip, the communication was okay, the arrival part was very bad experience and that is why I would not recommend this accommodation

“Superb”
+Francesco was an excellent landlord. I really recommend the apt, it was clean and very confortable. Good location, just 20 minuts aprox to the city centre.

“Appartamento bello ma molte cose da migliorare”
+L'appartamento in se è arredato bene e bello da vedere. Bagno bello con una doccia che ha un bel getto d'acqua
−La cosa peggiore è che ti vendono un normale divano per un divano letto! E non è proprio la stessa cosa perché non era un materasso ma dormi nel divano che vedete nella foto. Ti mettono un lenzuolo sopra e via. Per carità è anche nuovo il divano ma a lungo andare mi farebbe anche un pò schifo oltre a non essere comodo. Mancava una scopa e un mocio per poter pulire a terra, una macchina del caffè che praticamente non la puoi usare perché le capsule sono introvabili perché molto probabilmente è una macchina data in comodato d'uso e le capsule non le trovi in supermercato. Le pentole lasciano un pò a desiderare perché non c'era nemmeno una padella antiaderente ma tutte in alluminio o acciaio. Potrebbero mettere loro a disposizione detersivo per i piatti perché te ne danno 20 ml ma alla fine uno che arriva in aereo se lo deve comprare e poi lasciare lì. Anche l'olio potrebbe essere messo a disposizione (e non dicano che non si può perché sono cose alimentari perché in tutti gli appartamenti che ho prenotato tramite booking ho sempre trovato di tutto per la cucina). +Appartamento carino rinnovato Vicino al centro raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15 minuti E vicino anche al mare Parcheggio in strada disponibile Vicino a 2 supermercati Materasso comodo Lavatrice e asciugatrice comode L'appartamento avrebbe un potenziale ma è mal gestito basterebbe più attenzione. Peccato
−Pochissima attenzione per il cliente Ho segnalato subito la mancanza di scopa e mocio,assurdo stare una settimana senza poter pulire,ovviamente non hanno sodfisfatto la richiesta. Unico Armadio con ante rotte non si apre e non si chiude. Inutilizzabile poichè dentro all'armadio nel poco spazio a disposizione c'erano coperte tutte arrotolate e non c'era altro spazio per spostarle . Segnalato anche questo e ovviamente non soddisfatta la richiesta. Spazi ridotti per 3 persone non abbiamo potuto nemneno disfare le valigie. Ho chiesto la possibilità di fare il check in anticipato e quello ovviamente è stato soddisfatto....a pagamento!!! Checkin alle 13.30 invece che alle 16 pagato 15 € mi sembra tantino. Una pentola completamente inutilizzabile sporca incrostata e rovinata per fortuna ce n'erano altre no l'ho segnalata tanto non avrebbero evaso le richieste.
