“Perfect place to explore Ruse”
+We had a good stay at MI5. The location is fantastic and the area quiet. You are within walking distance of the sights. The apartment is clean & tidy. The beds & pillows comfortable. Bedding & towels clean. The apartment has a nice balcony with view over the city.
−Quite difficult to find. Perhaps a sticker on the entrance door would have helped. Bad Odour from the drains in both bathrooms. Shower doesn’t drain very well and the water temperature is not very hot. No bedside lamps. Bedside table missing in room 2. No bin in the bedrooms. These are just small issues.

“Pleasant accommodation with perfect location and friendly and helpful host”
+Lovely 2bed 2bath flat , top floor , nice balcony and views of Russe , just steps away from the main high street , you have everything you need for a family stay, the host is very friendly and responsive.
−The bathroom has a unpleasant smell The lift was not working on our arrival but was fixed on the next day

“Superbe logement”
+Le logement était irréprochable, très bien équipé, bien situé. La communication avec l'hôte a été formidable. Franchement en road trip de 15 jours en Bulgarie c'était le meilleur logement !

“Séjour en famille pour visiter Ruse et ses environs”
+Super, propre et très bien équipé. Nous étions deux adultes et deux ados, on a apprécié la terrasse, le grand canapé et la deco. Juste à côté de la place principale. Communication top de notre hôte qui a répondu très rapidement et gentiment à nos questions. Parking sous terrain à côté, 8h pour 24h ou 1 euro de l’heure, on ne peut se garer que trois heures sinon en zone bleue. Les places non payantes à proximité sont souvent prises.
