“Worst experience ever! We have never stayed in such a dirty, uncomfortable, albeit expensive accommodation.”
+The only good thing was the location.
−- Cleanliness: the flat didn’t meet BASIC hygiene standards. The bathroom specifically was very dirty; there were stains and dirt all over the door, walls and cabinet. There was mold in the shower area, including the ceiling. I didn’t dare to have a shower during my entire stay. We found strands of hair on the bed linen, floor and bed. The bedside tables were unclean with dirt and stains on them. Even the glasses in the kitchen were dirty. There was a musty smell in the flat and it was very intense in the bathroom. - Facilities & safety: the main door handle literally fell off, forcing us to use the door key to open/ close the door, which felt quite unsafe. It stayed like this during our entire stay. - Bed: very uncomfortable, sagging mattress. - Definitely NOT value for money: we paid 185€ per night to stay in such a bad accommodation.

“Great appartment, quiet central location, large and comfortable enough for two”
+Great location, quiet but central. Comfortable and spacious for two. Everything we needed for our stay. Great restaurant Cipasso two doors away. It is up three flights of steepish flights of stairs, so maybe a consideration for the less mobile, but we had no problems.
−We had problems with the internet. The management were quick to reply, but it was not resolved during our stay. Apparently there was a local area problem at the time we stayed so possibly out of their control.
