“Good value for money in a central location”
+The apartment has a well equipped kitchen (including an oven and microwave) in the entrance hall, a separate WC, a shower room, and one room functioning as a living room, dining room, and bedroom. This room has a large window overlooking the public street. Hot water was readily available, and the water pressure is great. The apartment is comfortable in terms of temperature. The apartment is well equipped and homely.
−The apartment is at first floor, and the night shouting was audible from the room. The double bed is comfortable, however, due to its position against the wall, it is acceptable only for a single person or a young couple. The selfcheck in app is a bit complicated to use, and it does not immediately scan the ID card.

“Feel like at home”
+Absolutely fantastic apartment , you feel at home from the very first step inside. It is beautifully furnished with lots of antique furniture, giving the place a unique character and those wonderful old Budapest vibes. The location could hardly be better. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the famous ruin bars and within easy walking distance of several Michelin-recommended restaurants. We never needed to use public transport to get around the city centre , pretty much everything was within walking distance. The airport bus stop is also only about 5 minutes away and operates almost 24/7, which makes getting to and from the airport incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Budapest. We would definitely come back!
−Nothing in the flat - it was fantastic. The self check-in form (application) is not the most user friendly - my passport did not work, had to use driving license.

+Perfect location everything is near by pubs, food street, cafe, even bus from airport is just 7 mins walk. We really enjoyed it. Room is perfect for 2 ppl.

“Excellent choice for a solo traveler or adult plus child”
+Location! Friendly and responsive host.
−Bed is not too comfortable for more than one adult. The couch comfortably sleeps a child or short adult, but the main bed's top mattress keeps sliding off, and also it is a tight fit for two full-grown adults. Check-in instructions were scattered. It would be helpful to get them all in one place. Happily, the host responded quickly to resolve any questions.

+The apartment is centrally located. The kitchen is well equipped. There was an adequate supply of toilet paper and shampoo provided.
−The apartment should be much cleaner (for example, many of the plates had burnt-on food, and the chandelier was covered in dust). The window blinds cannot be lowered and there are no blackout curtains, so it is impossible to darken the room, which serves as both the bedroom and the living area. If you are unable to sleep in daylight and want to rest during the day, this will be a problem. Entry to the apartment is self-service via a code that opens a lockbox containing the key (there are two codes and two lockboxes), which I consider an advantage. However, if you are traveling with someone and want to explore the city separately, there is only one key, not two, so you constantly have to return it to the lockbox and lock it with the code, which becomes inconvenient.
