“central location, value questionable.”
+Convenient central location & newish duplex style modernist building. Well appointed for short stay.
−The rates over a 1k per night for a two day weekday stay is hard to recommend to family or friends. The rough feel linen style sheets a strange selection, all-other interiors tastefully selected.

“Great property and location”
+The location was great. If you use the back gate you just cross over the road and there is a coffee / cake shop. You are a 2 .minute walk to the shops and the beach is just a short stroll away.

“Exceptional”
+Melo Studios is a fabulous place to stay. The facilities are amazing and everything you could need has been provided. Immaculately clean. The giant bath tub was awesome! Really convenient to walk to the cafes, shops, beach and restaurants.

+Lovely stay! The studios are very nice and comfortable. Although there were some hiccups with the water kettle and water heater during the stay, the host attended and solved the issue and we appreciate their prompt action.
−Kitchen facility could be improved as we found out the water kettle and the multi cooker is rust and heavily scratched.

“Modern and Covenient Getaway Studio”
+The studio was a generous size and fitted out very nicely, we loved the oversized bath! Location was a quick 5 minute walk to town centre yet far enough away so that there is no loud noises at night.

+Good strategic location. The house was nicely designed even if some details were more for look than functionality.
−While the house was clean overall, small details were missed, like used stuff left in the fridge and freezer by previous tenants.

−Regarding our recent stay at Melo Studio - Eucalypt. I thoroughly enjoy the property - its layout , decor and proximity to the town centre hence the reason for having stayed 3 times , twice with my husband and once with a girlfriend. Where I am disappointed with the stay is the lack of some of the “little things” - which really are important and make a stay in my opinion really special. In the recent stay I found the lack of tea and coffee supplies, herb tea, and tissues a disappointment. They are the basics to most visits to venues of the calibre such as yours. What would not go astray and add to the “ exclusivity” of the visit (apart from the basics such as tissues”) might be the addition of one or 2 specialty chocolates, a mini soap from somewhere local such as Vasse Virgin etc. In a previous visit, the remote in one of the bedrooms did not work, and and took your representative 2 1/2 days to replace - not ideal. Whilst this might not be a big thing deal for some people it was for me. I have hip osteoarthritis and as I cannot comfortably sit on the furniture in your lounge needed to sit on the bed in the bedroom to watch the favour TV. When you are away even watching a favourite
