+I liked the view and the location, the parking was easy, the staff was really helpful and easy to get hold of.
−The balcony was unsafe for the children. It's quite wobbly but it looks like it was getting done up? Not sure but it needs to be sorted as it can be dangerous.

“A million-dollar view!”
+The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking , overlooking the lake, it was truly something special. Worth the stay just for that alone! The apartment itself was simple but spacious and well thought out. There was plenty of room to relax, everything was comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay , not luxurious, but practical, comfortable, and with a view you’ll never forget.

“wouldn't stay here again”
+view was ok
−old and dirty apartment, very bad smell in the kitchen, cigarette ash in the drawers, etc. noisy neighbors, hairs in the bathtub... I'd like to mention that we did arrive early, before the cleaning lady came so we left the apartment for a few hours, to allow for cleaning but you'd have to clean it for 2 weeks straight to get it into shape. Pictures are after cleaning took place.

“Somewhat Okay-ish for a single overnight stay”
−Without additional description - it was not that easy to locate the entrance :) Perhaps, due to a owner's van awkward parking, which completely blocked and hid the passage. The house where the apartment is located felt a rather spooky - as the entire 5 floors building has no residents and only several apartments being rented out. Perhaps this building is up to demolition or capital renovation, but it felt very very strange and somewhat unsafe - making you think about the building's safety... There were too few cutlery and no kettle in the kitchen. No curtains one a single window, so you're constantly at the neighboring houses' residents oversight...
