“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is excellent. I loved the king size bed and the view.”
+Very easy. Chinese supermarket downstairs were ready for me.
−Couch was a bit uncomfortable and the TV aerial didn't work. I had to sign into all tv apps to watch tv.

“Great Location but need Improvement”
+Location wise and Upper floor ihas a great view and Host was good and reachable.
−The main bedroom carpet was dirty, and one of the shower handles was leaking. However, the biggest issue was the roller blind, which was completely ineffective at blocking out sunlight. By 6:30 am, the entire room was so bright that it felt like we were sleeping outside in direct sunlight. The price i paid for my stay i dont think i would return.

“Apartment situated at great location”
+What I most liked about this place was the location, very central and easy access to freeway. I was literally 30 minutes away from all places I wanted to visit.
−What I didrn't like was the fact that the keys were constantly not working, when we arrived unfortunately the room was not ready - the cleaners left 15 minutes after we arrived so not sure how well cleaning was done. We did find a couple of dirty towels in cupboard and bin in toilet was not emptied. Also having to do the induction to use the pool at 7pm was a big hassle, considering it was only a matter of filling out a 16 page questionnaire surely it could be done online instead or anytime during the day. We never go to use the pool because of this reason.

“Facilities and closeness to Woolworths was great but cleanliness needs work.”
+Provision of dishwashing liquid, paper towels, washing detergent etc. made it very convenient
−Very poor shower drainage caused water to flood in bathroom after showers and without daily house keeping provided we had to go out and buy more towels and constantly wash and dry the ones provided. The throw over and pillows on the bed were not washed and had visible stains as well as the mattress protector underneath the one flat sheet that was on top of it. Highly advise that the mattress protector be changed or at least washed as there are blood stains and other fluids. Location is not quite walking distance to CBD but that was known before booking - just didn’t realise how far it really was until we got there.

“Good spot to book”
+Great spot to stay as a family of 5, a bit confusing at first as we drove and parked under cover, but once we knew where to go it was easy as. Woolworth's in same building is a bonus with kids, coffee shop on the other wing opposite to us on ground floor was also great. 5-10min walk to trams and casino, depending on which line you wanted to jump on. Pool area was amazing, also had bbq areas and own pods to chill in. All around great room and facilities for what we paid for.
−Only had 1 side table in 1 of the rooms. Wasn't much, but couldn't get access to the pool until doing the 10min induction
