“Best view in Split”
+This is fantastic. The rooftop terrace is the best in Split and room, balcony and location are very very good. Keep it a secret - I want to be able to book again here.

“croatia was lovely , host could of been friendlier and wish we had better aircon”
+no breakfast in with cost location good close to old town , we liked croatia , host did arrange for us a taxi back to airport for the price we asked for .
−the host was not very interactive especially before our arrival so we had no idea how we was going to get in , she previously offered transport then did not reply to us for 2 weeks so no transport was given , we got there at night we managed to get the taxi driver to talk to her for check in details , when we arrived she was shushhing me because of other guests but it was only 9pm at night as i was quite stressed and tired & i complained about the lack of communication running upto the stay. & i would of liked the room to be cleaned in between our stay and clean bedding. Air con was noisy and was barely throwing out any cold air so was very hot in the room as it did not work properly .

“Ideal location perfect for people who just want a bed to sleep in”
+Great location, everything is a five minute walk away but the street is quiet with no noise from outside
−I would have liked the bed sheets to be changed during our stay and the listing is not clear which units have a balcony, ours did not have the balcony and we only discovered this after booking so be cautious

“Lovely room right near the heart of old town with an unbeatable private terrace!”
+Everything about this room was great but it is the private rooftop terrace with views of the port and the mountains, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day out of sightseeing. We were there in May and the jasmine plants that lead up to the terrace were all in bloom.

+On the positive side, I must mention the location in the city center, the modern-looking and well-equipped apartment, the kitchen, the comfortable bed, and the stable Wi-Fi. Overall, it is nice, modern accommodation.
−Unfortunately, we also encountered some negatives. The tin roof has no sound insulation, rain is guaranteed to wake you up. Likewise, movement in the hallway is clearly audible. Worst of all was the noisy outdoor air conditioning unit, which sounded like a running engine and turned on and off throughout the night. Not for those who need silence when sleeping.

“Impersonnel”
+L’emplacement et le confort et la possibilité de mettre les vélos dans une intérieure.
−Le système de boîte à clé. La non réponse à un mail pour avoir des précisions pour laisser des affaires dans une consigne évoquée dans la présentation du logement.
