+The house was wide and bright, close to the city. It wasn't difficult to find parking on the street. The small pool was the favorite of the kids.

“We were very disappointed because we chose the apartment because of jacuzzi. I think it should not be advertised as iti”
+Location and security feeling great also the view is nice.
−Jacuzzi not working, not enough cookware in the kitchen, toilet flash very poor, very small and old elevator No conctact with the owner, some may like this but we didn’t.

“Stay with a view”
+Overall the experience was great. Easy to communicate with the host for the checkin and all the issues we had during our stay. The apartment is very big, clean and has a spectacular view from the eighth floor. The tram station to the center is right downstairs. Careful with balancing the power appliances as there's the risk to be cut out. Mattresses are a bit too soft.

“Great stay on a great location”
+Location is perfect. Few kilometers from the centre of Palermo and the Tram stops right in front of the appartment. Within 10 minutes you are at Central station. The host Serena is extremely helpful and a very friendly host. I didn’t see her, but communication was perfect. She could help you with anything. Also the price id the appartment is very good. Also great views from the Balcony of Palermo and the Mountains surrounding it
−It was unfortunate that the batch tin had no plug and the hot tub was out of use. Would have been Nice after a long day with Lots of walking

+We loved the view. Top floor and there is also hydromassage. Near tram station, near the sea.
