“Disappointed, frustrated and waste of money.”
+The location was excellent for accessing St George Private Hospital.
−When we arrived we were told via message the toilet wasn’t working but there wasn’t any other room we could move to. However, we could use the disabled toilets down the hall and we would be moved to another room the next day. The carpet outside the bathroom was also wet from seepage from the bathroom. We did not get moved the next day as promised even after phoning and messaging management. Management never contacted us after the initial call not to use the toilet so communication was very poor. We were very disappointed with the service as I think the accommodation would have been great for what we needed it for.

+From the staff who dealt with my booking, to the staff member who arranged for me to arrive early due to leaving the hospital earlier than expected, they were exceptional. Great communication and went above and beyond to accommodate my request.

+Location good close to Kogarah Station and St George hospital which is what I needed. Bed comfortable, bathroom and shower good.
−There is no daily room service which I knew about and was quite happy to empty my own bin in the bigger bins in the laundry room. However there was no small bin liners provided for room bins.

“Would not stay here again.”
+Location. The only thing going for this motel is its proximity to the hospital. You would be better off staying elsewhere and getting a taxi/Uber to the hospital.
−Cleanliness was poor. The bedding smelt like dirty linen. The AC cannot be adjusted. The intercom system was out of service. The shower head leaked and was dripping continuously. No onsite staff to assist.
