+It was well located for the event we attended at Colmworth Golf Club. We didn’t use it but it had kitchen facilities and a private outdoor space

“Lovely private quiet accommodation …… all the usual boxes ticked positively and we would most certainly look to stay aga”
+Meadow view is a lovely private cosy “cottage”….. we enjoyed the space it affords you compared to a hotel room…. We loved the privacy and the garden access with a lovely view mostly uninterrupted by dog walkers - some of whom were just a little bit close for comfort over the hedging bit of that had been higher it would have spoilt the view lol - just remember to close the curtains over the doors so as not to be caught naked streaking to or from the bathroom!! lol Also a decent size fridge!! Yayyy !!! That’s def a plus!!
−The only criticism was that the garden needed cleaning up somewhat….. yes it was early winter but it could have been tidied, plants trimmed and dead vegetation cleared away and generally a bit of tlc.

“Great for 1 - 2 night stay.”
+Quiet. Rural accommodation. Secure area for our dog to roam. Easy checking in & out with flexible times for both. Ice cubes, coffee, tea, sugar & small jug of milk provided. Heated towel rack. Cosy apartment. Nice patio furniture - summer stays. Would recommend.

+Spacious. Lots of soft lighting options. Garden lovely to have breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. Electric fire for when it's chilly.
−The butchers metal curtain on the bathroom. Would have been better with a door. Long walk from the bed to the bathroom in the night. Creaky trapdoor by the bed. No proper sugar, only sweetener. Not enough milk for 2 mornings hot drinks. No complimentary choc/ biscuits as stated on the booking.

“Very enjoyable and too short”
+Location ideal to get to Bedford Park Festival from the "quiet" direction. Facilities provided were well thought out, the quality was excelllant and nothing we needed was missing. Unfortunately rain prevented a breakfast on the lovely terrace. For basically a single room the layout was very practical and had good distinct zones (lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom) Would happily book again
−For our age the sofa was far too low. I struggled to get out of it and my wife (who needs a knee op) couldn't use it, but there was a lovely armchair provided that she could easily use,
