“Great property in a lovely location”
+Tasteful compact luxury with beautiful views and hot tub
−Drain smell when using shower and many flies but the weather was very hot so needed doors open

“Lovely!”
+This was a wonderfully peaceful location with great views. It is placed on a rise and with the weather being very hot it was good to get the breeze because of it. The property was very well thought out and would have been very comfortable if it were not for the extreme heat (but nothing could be done about that). It is well placed just inland from the Coast and local attractions. I would certainly return

+We absolutely loved the location - it is stunning , peaceful , everything we hoped it could be. Incredible views from the hot tub The power shower ( rain fall shower ) was outstanding ) Huge beautiful bathroom Lovely interior - so beautifully put together. The lady of the house was very very kind to put balloons up for my other halves birthday - they were put up so perfectly , such a pleasure to see and made his day - thank you
−No microwave, or air fryer. I appreciate most people are out , as we were but to come home and not be able to quickly use a microwave if you want something quick is quite backward in my humble opinion, for our modern times. Only a minor point but the pictures on your website are a little deceiving - it seems to show you are in a house. I know it clearly states a studio however as it's at the high end of pricing - 1 room separately would be lovely. The pictures show it as if you are touring around a house. This is a very minor point , but the marketing needs to be more what it is - just a studio. I was really not happy and very surprised to be told after working all day and travelling to reach the establishment about 8 , 8.30 that the hot tub was not going to be lit for us. Having now used the hot tub I understand how it works clearly / time it takes to heat, but none of that was told to me before hand. We had clearly said we were working all day then coming up, and I did express my dissatisfaction at this & it was very quickly rectified - thank you. That also is on the things we loved. “Perfect escape for a couple”
+Spacious, converted farm outbuildings renovated to the highest standard. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and amazing bathroom with both shower and a bath! It was amazing to walk in to the place and realised that we have delicious bread, eggs and tea / coffe in the kitchen. Definitely we will be back in Meadow barn when visiting South next time!!!

“Great location, shame the pub nearby was not fully open as this would have been the icing on the top”
+Lovely welcome basket and met by super helpful friendly host. Excellent wood fired hot tub and views.
−Some shelving or storage in the bathroom were the only thing that was missing. The heated towel rail would not work also.

+Location, views, peaceful, clean stylish comfortable accommodation. We appreciated the flowers, bread, eggs and milk.
−It would have been nice to have had the hot tub pre-heated for our first night as it took us 2 1/2 hours to get it up to temperature which left minimal time to use as it was quite late.
