“Comfortable and spacious apartment that needs some polish”
+This apt is very spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location close to the old town, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Piazza Mazzini. Lots of clean linens and towels and the kitchen was great for cooking if you have a longer term stay. Washing machine works well. We stayed for a month and it was fine but there were issues that the owners should address. It feels dated and like the owners simply do not care about maintaining it properly.
−Several things need improving. The TVs didn't work, lights didn't have bulbs and remotes had dead batteries. The internet was sporadic at best, at times going out completely. This is not an apartment for Digital Nomads that need reliable internet! We left early because the internet went out completely for days. The host blamed the ISP but others in the building had internet, I asked. They seriously need to reevaluate the ISP for this property. We were credited for the time the internet was down. Others have complained about the very weird and uncomfortable chairs at the dining table, they are terrible! The front leg piece folds under after a while and since my husband works several hours a day remotely he kept having to readjust the chairs. I complained to the host and he said he would bring a replacement chair and never did, very disappointing.

−Everything was fine. maintenance needed to fix a lightbulb in the hall, but housekeeper handled it.

+The location of the property was great - very close to the historic centre without being directly in it, which meant it was quite easy to access. Parking in the street adjacent was quite easy. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. A nice bonus was that there was a small washing machine so we were able to do a laundry while there.

+Very convenient location, clean large apartment, caring owner Antonio. We really enjoyed our stay here. There are supermarkets nearby. And underground parking on the square.

“Koszos, hangyás, büdös, szörnyű”
+A szállás tele volt hangyával, ot rohangáltak a konyhapulton, az ebédlő asztalon. A légkondi ki volt kapcsolva mikor átadták a lakást, furcsáltam is mert 38 fok volt . Azután kiderült miért, amint elkezdtük használni az egész lakás vizeletszagú lett. Az ablakok egy belső udvarszerűségre nyílnak, olyan magasan mint egy körfolyosón, minden tele madárürülékkel, koszos. Nem lehet szellőztetni. Szörnyű. A tulajt nem lehetett elérni, csak miután írtam a Bookingnak, válaszolt, de nem hitte el, úgyhogy videón elküldtem neki a hangyáit, de még erre sem reagált. Ha akarom küld takarítót mondta. Ezek után ott hagytam .

“Para mejorar”
+El depto estaba muy bien ubicado, y tuvieron la amabilidad de entregarlo 2 horas antes
−Tiene algunas cosas para mejorar, sillas del comedor súper incómodas, son plásticas. Artefactos que no funcionan lámpara velador, enchufes para el secador. La pileta del baño mira al revés del espejo, esa iluminación no prende. Pilas del control no andan
