“Great Location, Very tired Flat.”
+Location excellent,plenty pubs n restraunts on doorstep.
−1st impression poor due to cleanliness/ Smell of Staircase. Room not very clean,Only cold water in hand basin on bathroom. Awful smell around bathroom area ( Can of Air Freshener supplied in location)Laminate flooring tired n lot of poor joints.

+The only good thing about the property was the location.
−Very poor state of repair, dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. No hot water even though I contacted the property owner to fix the problem.

“Do not stay here!”
+Nothing to like about this flat, it's filthy.
−Filthy dirty, hot water not working properly, furniture broken, looks nothing like the photos. This property should not be allowed on Booking.com. It is an unhygeinic disgrace - more like an inner city squat than a legit rental property. Do not rent this property, it is quite literally disgusting. Bathroom smelled of stale urine, pool of 'liquid' in front of toilet and an open drain that was full of thick black smelly matter - whole place visibly filthy. The photos must be many years old - it is a scam! Do not rent this property - you will absolutely regret it. I took a couple of photos of a couple of specific bits that don't show the whole flat because I took videos of that. There is no way of uploading videos here though unfortunately. Be warned. Avoid this one!

+I have been staying in these flats for over 7 years. I get that people find them quirky, and no, they are not Instagramable. But you are staying in the heart of Mayfair for £110 a night, and yes, each flat can take 4 people. You have a great restaurant beneath the flats "Sofra". You have a great pup opposite and 3 others within 200m. The cafe opposite opens at 6 am and serves great food. If you want to stay in any of the hotels nearby, you will be paying £300 plus a night.

“Overall, never book this flat otherwise gonna ruin uour holidays and total wastage of money”
+There was nothing to like however, everything was totally opposite
−Nothing was to like in the flat…the entire flat was smelly just like the dead rat…everything was messed up,….flat was so dirty even the toilet seat was not working

−Although the flat was shabby, everything worked. My main observation was that with such a little financial input it would be so much better, for instance the mattress was awful. A new sink unit too

−Scam. Hyrs ut med fullt utrustat kök och tvättmaskin. Spisen och tvättmaskinen fungerar inte. Ingen tvål, allmänt ostädat och ofräscht. Wifi fungerar långsamt och bara ibland. Stinker i trapphuset. Där ligger gammalt skräp och smutsig tvätt. Hyr inte detta.
