“I think we got what we paid for. Just don’t plan on working from the rooftop (which we had planned on). The staff is ver”
+The property was clean. The location is very convenient.
−That you look right at the next building. And that the wifi does not work on the rooftop. Even after a new router was installed.

“Definitely Recommend this place”
+Robyn the Hotel Manager what an amazing human being . I was scammed over Christmas and he went above and beyond to help me . Not only does he speak english exceptionally well he took the time out to help me even though he was super busy . It is very rare to come across people who do things out of the kindness of their heart . Means a lot to me . Appreciate you Robyn .Highly recommend this place everything was spectacular .

+Location and cleanliness
−I paid extra for a balcony, it is outside, but it is enclosed. The greenery in the photo is a fake plastic green material to look like plants. There is no view of anything from any room, just walls.

“Very comfortable stay!”
+Excellent location , quiet and peaceful, away from noisy clubs, yet very convenient. Easy access to a great beach on 72 Avenue, and 5th Avenue is within walking distance with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for daily life: kitchenware, towels, basic supplies, and even cleaning items. The air conditioning, Wi-fi and shower worked perfectly. A huge bonus is the laundry facility in the building, which is quite rare in Playa del Carmen. Beautiful views and a great rooftop area , a real highlight. Communication with the reception was excellent: friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions. You can also order a large 20-liter water bottle to be delivered directly to your room. Overall, a fantastic place , highly recommended.
−A small detail: the TV does not have access to streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime , it would be great to add this option. Also, I didn’t have a balcony, and I know that drying clothes on balconies is not allowed, but considering the laundry facilities in the building, this was not a major issue.

+Fantastic stay! Beautiful apartment and friendly staff. Looks exactly like the pictures. The rooftop pool area is gorgeous. Close to the beach and 5th Avenue. We would love to stay here again when we return to PDC.
−The WiFi is a bit spotty.

“Very comfortable and great location. Be careful about extending your stay.”
+The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable! I was very impressed with the room, which was 1 bedroom apartment. The location is ideal to be on the chill side of town. The rooftop and pool were nice too and I was pleased that they had a gym, even though it was quite small.
−I extended my stay 2 night with the front desk and was told that I could have the same rate as what I paid on booking.com. However, later one of the managers got in touch with me demanding a higher rate. I felt bullied into paying more when the front desk rep quoted my otherwise. I had to stand my ground and argue for a while before they backed down and honored it. It put a bad taste in my mouth and I just wanted to check out after that.

+Très beau roof top. Très bel appartement très spacieux, moderne et propre.
−Aucun ménage fait en 4 nuits (au moins les poubelles vidées auraient été le minimum comme prestation dans un hôtel)
