+Good view from the balcony
−People with strange accents kept calling me and sending messages from various numbers, demanding that I pay some sort of taxes. It felt like talking to illegal street perfume vendors, as they would address me saying, “MY BROTHER, YOU MUST PAY TAX”!!! This happened every single day throughout my entire stay, giving me no peace to enjoy my short vacation. I had already paid for the accommodation,which wasn't cheap, considering the condition and amenities of the apartment,as well as everything else, via the Booking app. I honestly don’t understand why they do this; I travel very frequently, and this has never happened to me before.

+The apartment is located in a good neighbourhood and is in an excellent location for exploring the Interlaken area. It is spacious enough for a family, and having a Coop supermarket nearby was very convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. The customer support was excellent. They responded promptly, helped us resolve an issue with the TV remote, and kindly provided us with fresh towels on the second day of our stay, which we really appreciated.
−Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by several issues. The apartment did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We found cockroaches (or other crawling insects) in several areas, including the kitchen, which was very concerning. The bathroom was poorly lit, and many of the appliances and furnishings were old and in need of updating. In addition, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the corridor outside the apartment door. It seemed as though the carpet had not been cleaned for a long time, or there was another maintenance issue causing the odour. With improved cleanliness, proper pest control, better maintenance, and some refurbishment of the facilities, this apartment could provide a much better experience. While the location and customer service were excellent, these issues significantly affected our stay.

+Location is excellent for a 4 days visit with family. We had the Jungfrau pass and could easily take a train to the main locations in the area, walking only 1km to Interlaken Ovest. There's also a private parking lot that makes driving around fast and comfortable. The apartment has a cute balcony with mountains view, a nice living room with kitchen, a small 2 single beds bedroom and a big double bedroom. All simple, clean and great!! The bathroom is good as well. Temperature was great inside the building, even if we had close to 0°. Warm beds and quick warm water. The only time I needed to interact with the host via message, she was fast and kind on the answer. The price is reasonable for the local standards.

“Een gedateerd appartment”

−Een gedateert appartment welke erg sober is ingericht. De gordijnen passen niet en waren kapot. Nodig toe aan een grondige renovatie.
