+Facilities were excellent. Clean and very good facilities meant I could cook all my own meals. The double bed was very comfortable. Public transport was frequent and the accommodation was near to them.

“I did not have a very pleasant experience”
+Nice location with a corner shop not far from the place. There was a whatsapp platform where I could raise issues and they were resolved, though response time was not encouraging in some instances
−There were big & small spiders everywhere all the time (on the floor, in the corners of the wall, on the ceiling even on the pillow!) No cleaning done in the apartment throughout my stay. Other guests in the house would take clothes out of the dryer and just place them on the worktop above the dryer not minding if the surface is dirty or clean. 2 days before I left, a policeman came banging on my door around 9am (I was jolted out of bed), showed me a picture and asked if I have seen the man around. I said No and he asked if my apartment was studio 3 and I said No. But that was a really disturbing experience

“Very poor”

−Mould on walls. Hairs in the bed and dirty pots. The place needed to be clean. Spent a long while cleaning. Photos sent to the owners, and said they will get the cleaning to sort afterwards.

“Disappointing”
+The price was reasonable. There was access to a washer and dryer. There were cooking facilities and good quality pans. The studio was at the back of the main building and was quiet. Access instructions and video were helpful. Wifi worked okay most of the time. We managed to find street parking.
−The mattress was lopsided and not comfortable. The bathroom had mould. The shower temperature was erratic. There were limited utensils to cook with. The fridge did not have a freezer and temperature control was difficult to maintain. It would have been good to have a washer dryer in the studio and a sofa. The table needs attention as legs wonky. On the last day some workers arrived and did something with the water logged turf outside causing a big stink and water to enter the bathroom from the toilet.

−Despite notifying the hosts months in advance that my trip had been cancelled, they refused to refund me claiming their property was strictly "non refundable." Very disappointing as I had booked from South Africa, with the intention to participate in a World championship event in Coventry, which was sadly cancelled by the organizers. There was ample opportunity to have filled my space and still refunded me but unfortunately that was not the case. Would not recommend.

“Perfect stay - a hidden gem.”
+As a regular traveller with a Genius Level 3 status on Booking.com, I can state with authenticity that this property is a real hidden gem. A spacious and entire self-contained apartment to the rear of, and separate to the main building, making it ideal for your private and peaceful stay. With plenty of piping hot water from the power shower, flat screen smart TV, oven, microwave, plentiful crockery and utensils - even a laundry room within the main building for the longer stayer, you will do well to find a better choice for your trip to Coventry. All within easy access to the city centre and brought to you at a very competitive rate by the ever-helpful and attentive host Cyrille and his team. Highly recommend.

“Had a great stay and will be back :)”
+Very spacious and had everything I needed. Was also close to shops for food and other destinations. Had free on street parking also and the staff were very friendly.
−The only thing that was needed was a mirror for the bathroom. I had to use my phone camera as a mirror in the mornings to do my hair and shave. Other than that, perfect!

+The apartment was ok But I could not stay there,I Had to leave after 3 weeks. My problem was I couldn't Get in at the front door! I had to knock on the window And the people living there would let me in.If I phoned The owner she was not any Help atall.So I had to leave! So it was a true nightmare 😭
