“Amazing apartment 🌟”
+Beautiful, clean apartment...well equipped, spacious and good location...very near supermarket, starbucks, etc and about 25min walk from town centre. Parking available which is a bonus. Good communication...very helpful and efficient! Would definitely recommend apartment to anyone....5 stars 🌟

“Very handy well equipped apartment, nice and light, not too to far from the City centre.”
+The apartment was great! Just the right size for us with 2 bedrooms, the kitchen was well kitted out with plenty of utensils and cutlery. We used the guide book to get a local taxi firm, and it was an easy short trip in to town, and a nice walking distance nice too when we wanted. The underground parking was very handy once we found the space at the left hand end, right by the steps near the apartment!! We visit Cambridge a couple of times a year and would stay here again.
−Front door lock needs a bit of attention, and the key for it could have a matching colour sticker to highlight it from the other keys on the fob.

“Comfortable stay”
+Good location with 20 minute walk to the city centre. Well equipped basement flat with comfy beds and furniture. Secure underground parking. Five minute walk to large supermarket.

“Great stay just outside the city centre”
+Fantastic apartment, very spacious! Very comfy beds and the kitchen had everything we needed! Location was great, 25 minute walk to the city centre and a retail park on the doorstep with Asda, M&S and more (great for stocking up!) Convenient parking, fantastic that the appartment had its own space. Felt very safe. We travelled with our 14 months old and she loved running around the space.
−Nothing, it was a great stay! Hosts were easy to contact when needed (for the WiFi password)

“Good size.”
+It was in a basement of a modern block of flat on a modern estate. Weather was exceptional hot, so it was quite cool when entering. It was a good size and security on the door was good. Enter by the front door as from the rear stars are tricky if carrying cases. Equipped with every kitchen item you could think of.. Linen and towels good quality. All kitchen clean.
−Not sure on the area outside the development. Bathroom is showing its age, but works. Edge of shower screen over the bath needs replacing. Odd smell in bathroom too. I slept in the single bed and could feel the wires through the mattress. Could do replacing in my opinion. TV didn't work and the world cup was on, but although a bit slow to respond to begin with they tried replacing aerial and retuning. Told they would be replacing it. Duvets, umm no comment. The seating outside was not inviting due to weeds and bin area. Above smelly but probably due to extreme weather.

−TV reception non existent, which was a disappointment. Would have been better if the outside of the flat has been numbered. Only booking with no welcome pack! Some information re buses, places to visit would have been beneficial.

“O.K. for just one night - would have been very unhappy if any longer.”
−Apartment was very tired. Marks on walls including missing wall paper. Carpets stained and frayed. no mention view from main bedroom window was a dirty wall.

“Cooler lower floor apartment,nice quiet area.”
+Blackout curtains Comfy beds Adjustable heating Bed side cabinets and lamps Plugs next to the mirrors Full size bathroom cabinet Good clean microwave,fridge/freezer,oven and washer/dryer although cleaner the filter would make it perform better. Stain spray provided for clothes as well as washing tablet. Nice large toiletries provided. Naturally cooler lower floor apartment Nice area mainly quiet dishwasher tables provided
−No oven gloves or a tea towel, i burnt myself on the oven Dirty cutlery ,pizza cutter and grill.No washing up liquid to quickly clean them quickly i purchase some and left it.The previous guest should have wash these.Dish washer are tablets provided. The bathroom needs a revamp and the plug in the sink didn't work. Patio area needed a wipe and sweep,Some loose slabs. The living room carpet needs a clean ,a rug would protect it from further damage. The two of us ran out of toilet roll two days before the end of our holiday. No battery in the wall clock. The owners have listened to previous feedback and acted to put thing right.I am sure this will be the case again. These very small niggles put right would make a score of 10/10. It was definitely worth the money and i would definitely stay here again.!
