“Outstanding. We will stay again.”
+I may Ask Tatiana to load some better photos as the actual facility Is mind boggling and her loaded pictures are not at all doing justice . Kudos to her for keeping her property in impeccable condition. I may strongly suggest to couples who want to stay comfortably as their own home. Though it may bit expensive.
−We were there for 11 days, thanks to Tatiana who deputed Anna to do the cleaning in every 3 days. Thanks to Anna as well.

+Both the hosts were Wonderful ! They were absolutely accommodating of our needs about early check-in, sending someone to receive, show around what is where, since it is a homely apartment and provide the necessary stuff. They were responsive to messages. Totally appreciate them :) Location- Away from noise of center, not a touristy place, you are in Brussels residential area. Close to a park, tram-station, bus, metro-station, local market from producers. Set your own pace for a cultural tour of very versatile city.

+The host welcomed me very well and provided all necessary information. The apartment was secure, clean and conformably equipped and has nice city view. The living room was very large. It's very close to supermarkets and a metro station.
−I wished the shower could provide a little bit hotter water.

“Persone poco empatiche e appartamento in un quartiere brutto”

−Mancanza di cortesia, empatia e gentilezza dell'host. Avevamo prenotato per 4 notti ma già all'arrivo ho notato che il quartiere era brutto e la struttura da casa popolare. L'appartamento era molto caldo e avevo chiesto all'host se avevano un condizionatore. Mi ha risposto malamente e ho rinunciato. Dopo mi ha detto che ci avrebbe fatto avere un condizionatore portatile. Non raffredava per nulla ed era rumorosissimo. Purtroppo dopo solo due giorni siamo dovuti andare via per problemi di salute. Ho immediatamente comunicato la NS partenza per correttezza e siamo ritornati urgentemente in Italia. Appena rientrati ho inviato documentazione medica a supporto. La sig.ra Tatiana mi ha detto che ci poteva rimborsare solo una notte del NS soggiorno. Gli ho chiesto che si trattava di una urgenza di salute e nonostante avessi fornito documentazione medica della gravità della problematica e fatto presente che avevamo perso i biglietti del volo e dovuto rifare in fretta e furia nuovi biglietti aerei la sig.ta Tatiana mi ha risposto in chat su WhatsApp che erano problemi nostri e che a lei non interessavano. Molto poco empatica, gentile e cortese. Gli auguri comunque di non vivere mai la brutta

+Άνετο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό με ωραία θέα απο τα παράθυρα του σαλονιού και του δωματίου
−Αρχικά η περιοχή που είναι το διαμέρισμα ηταν αρκετά εκτός του κέντρου Βρυξελλών με αποτέλεσμα να θέλεις περίπου μισή ωρα με μέσα για να φτάσεις (5χλμ απόσταση και όχι 2.8 που γράφει) . Επίσης η απόσταση του μετρό απο το διαμέρισμα ειναι 450 μέτρα και όχι 250μ που γράφει.(7-8 λεπτά περπάτημα)Το κτήριο ειναι αρκετά παραμελημένο και οι διάδρομοι που φτάνουν στο διαμέρισμα είναι σκοτεινοί σε κάποια σημεία. ( μοιάζουν με διαδρόμους νοσοκομείου). Επιπλέον το νερό δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό και δεν είχε πίεση. Επιπρόσθετα στο διαμέρισμα δεν έχει καθόλου φούρνο ψησίματος, μόνο εστίες και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. Τέλος στην περιοχή και στην πολυκατοικία κυκλοφορούσαν περίεργοι άνθρωποι με αποτέλεσμα να νιώθεις ανασφάλεια.
